What great service was provided to make things right that wasn't their wrong! Thank you Duane and staff for following thru with great customer service. The worst customer service I have ever got from Arby’s! I went to this location in Lehigh and ordered a #15, my food was incorrect and the employee insisted I was wrong and was very rude. After she realized the meal I ordered was not what she gave me she never apologized

I have lived in the area since 1999, so this has been my first choice location for arby’s. Today i went through the drive thru and had a larger order. I was in no hurry and knew i would need to wait. The staff was super friendly and professional. The food came out quicker than expected and they still apologized for the wait. I will continue to use this as my first choice location .

ordered thru DD and of course they never send the sauces as requested, When we called they refused to even apologize., needless to say we will NOT be eating at arbys again!
Went to order food like I have at this location weekly for years now and was here 2 days ago…went to get my normal sandwich’s and lady manager Angie tried to charge me double……I even had my receipt from this located from Tuesday and she didn’t care she say I have to pay extra………….i travel else were to eat they just lost my business and my family’s…….they need to train this manager how to work the computer…….worst service in 4 years here…….LETS GO ANGIE

Just tried the new Philly Cheesesteak at Arbys and loved it. Only here for a limited time but hopefully that will change and they will add it to the menu. Also wanted to give a shout out to Michelle who has worked there a very long time. She is great. Thanks
