Just came in to have my order remade because I was given old food which I ordered ahead on the app for my lunch break. I assume they had made it once they saw the order which was for later. Got there at the exact time of the order and they gave me cold food. The fries were crunchy like they were old and over fried and my sandwich was ice cold. I come in and they had me waiting for quite awhile in the lobby, hadn’t even gotten to look for my name. When she finally looked in the books she said I was no where on there and completely wasted my time and I showed her my order on the app as well and she said “there’s nothing I can do without you being on the book” and she walked away from me and acted like I was a criminal. No professionalism and can’t even look at you when you’re talking. Didn’t have her badge on so I called in and asked for the manager afterwards and she answered “I’m one of them and my name is Gia.” Asked her if she was going to speak to me or walking away was the end of the conversation? and she hung the phone up on me. If that’s your manager I would rethink that.

Worst experience in the morning. The manager was the worst person I've ever met. Didn't even greet. She was really unpolite and rude. I definitely won't come to that place ever!!!!!!!

I was going to scathe this place, but after reading the reviews I realized I should have done that first before ordering from here, it's a shame we already know Arby's is struggling to stay afloat in the fast food game, but man alive this place is truly full of oxygen thief's! They can't get an order straight! These people would screw up a wet dream! How do you deliver a French dip and Swiss without the au jus? That's a roast beef and cheese without that Arby's! Get your ish together! I realize the majority of your staff is basically going through their existence hoping no one knifes them on their way home or that their plug doesn't run out before they get a chance to cash their check, but dang it don't you have pictures on the menu so they can get it right?

If I could give them a zero I would my order was wrong I tried calling later that night no answer call the next morning it was a female manager she told me to bring in the receipt and they would remake the order for me I got busy came in later that night it was an older man that was working he was real rude he told me I would have to come back tomorrow when the woman I spoke to was there I told him you're really going to make me waste my gas and drive back here, he said yeah you're going to have to drive back real rude next day I come back at like 11:30-12 she was already gone for the day, another manager another older man this time he says I can't help you there's no note in the book again you're going to have to come back at this point I tell him you know what just forget it I'll never come back again I reported them to their home office. In this day and age where customer service is valued, Arby's absolutely lacking

They screwed up our order, they were rude while speaking with us. Then charged us for food after we double checked the order at the window. Never again to the Lehigh Acres Florida store. I will drive somewhere else if I want their food

Arby's needs to get their stuff back in gear. Seriously though, the service was great atmosphere was soso. Which is understandable when nobody was there on a Friday evening. Just like the good old Roy Roger's restaurants fell apart.Parking: The only car in the parking lot was employee owned.Wheelchair accessibility: More than enough space for ♿️

Little annoyed with a Uber eats order. Not sure who it’s on the restaurant or Uber. But I order a shake, and instead I get red sweat water…Ice cream machines break fine. I get it. But why not ask the person what they want if not just get them a coke? I’m so annoyed I have nothing to drink. Nor was I asked or informed.
