Good, pleasant place and fresh and delicious food, very good service, especially in the kitchen area, the young ladies are very friendly and attentive.

Great mexican food choices & fresh tortillas! Cashiers are very friendly. The only issue is the man in the back making the tortillas. He is very rude.

I went to shop there yesterday, the store had everything you would need for a carne asada, the butcher with the beard was really nice and helpful because I was looking for a seasoning for my meat and the cashiers couldnt help me but they called him over, if you like Mexican products come to this place they will help you out.

Terrible, the chicken was more skin and bone than anything else, the rice, 2 tablespoons and that's it

Excellent food

Awesome food but the cashier lady's in returant side have no customer service what so ever. They really need to improve on the customer service part and tell the workers not to be so unhappy to do their job. You can't even ask a question because it feels like they are being bothered just to do their job. Hopefully manager or owner see this and talk to their workers since I see on reviews everyone feels the same . Awesome food but terrible rude service from workers especially the lady cashier in returant side.

This place should fire the kitchen lady, has no customer service whatsoever. My husband recently purchased a cake for my birthday, and noticed one of the ladies take the cake to the back to change the strawberries because they were "frozen". When we got home and tried the cake , we noticed the cake was bad, it's a 3 leches cake and the milk went bad. The following day my husband returned to get his money back and the bakery lady had the audacity to say the cake wasn't bad. Firstly you only tried the whipping cream, secondly she was rude and condescending saying the cake taste fine to her. I really enjoyed coming to this place. However will be the last!

I frequently shop here annd have for 7-8 years. I understand the idea of how the store is ran. I absolutely love the flour tortilla and they have some of the best avocados year round! I am doing this review because I am white and tonight I noticed they didn’t have tortilla in the front so I went to the back window. I was told NO tortilla and the Latina lady behind me asked for tortilla in Spanish and walked away laughing at me with two sets of flour tortilla in her hand. The man opened up the window after my son and I watched him give her tortilla and said they only have flour tortilla. That’s what I wanted, but was told no tortilla in the first place. My son loves eating chicharon with tortillla. I think these people need to see that many white people are married to Hispanic men and vice versa and my husband works and travels late. I am walking in at 9 o’clock ordering food for him. While the girls in the restaurant try to help me order food and they want to help…there have been times I have been put off to check out in the front and even wait for Hispanic people to be waited on before me. I don’t know if these people feel hurt from a bad experience elsewhere. I can just speak for myself and hope the manager reads this and emphasizes the importance of treating all customers equal. Especially, if you don’t see why an American may be shopping in your store …look at my Latino American child he is watching your behavior and how you treat his mother. He watched this unfold before his eyes. Take time to watch your cameras they speak the truth.

I won’t stop shopping here as my husband and son love your food. I generally have very good experiences and don’t say anything, but the way she smirked at me was insulting and how he told me no, but her yes then said he had tortilla after that ..makes me feel uncomfortable to shop there at night. There is good and bad service every where …but, just feeling happy and equal while shopping anywhere is important to me and my family.

The food itself is good but the customer service is terrible. I ordered ahead online and when I went they said there was no order. I showed the receipt and magically they found it. Somehow my order was still being prepared even though it was ordered 30 mins ago. I finally got my order and the ENTIRE order was wrong. How do you mess up an order after I just showed you the receipt??? They also dont seem to speak english either so don’t bother coming if you don’t speak spanish.

I bought 23 dollars of bread. When I got home super bad. It seemed like a week ago in fact. It was my first time and the last.
