I ordered 2 plates via Doordash. Only 1 arrived. Phone sounded always occupied... I had to go and after explaining what happened, they blamed it all on the driver. No responsibility at all... I was told that their obligation for service was for the in person customers not the Doordash orders... Beware! Food is good, virtual orders service is not.

Food had no seasoning, We brought it up to their attention and all they could say was sorry, no hospitality whats so ever. Didn't even check up on us to see if we needed anything, but quick to ask for a tip. Taking my business elsewhere, never again

Excellent food, friendly service. What it lacks in atmosphere it makes up for in flavor. We had the seafood bisque, sandwiches, tamale, plantains and mimosas. Wine and beer are served.

Genuine Cuban cuisine. The staff is extra friendly and the prices are pretty good.

Sent my daughter a sandwich & Flan from them. She says it was 4 stars & good 👍🏽

What I got picture 1) for $20.00 base on the picture it was supposed to come with shrimp soup like didn’t receive it, but for $8. More she say I could get it. 3) picture was not from the store, but this how cuban sub supposed to look like. 3.50 for a pop. Not worth it.

Very nice small mom and pop restaurant. Breakfast is very good and so are their lunch items. My fave is the pan con bistec (Beefsteak) and their batido de guayaba. Guava Shake.

If I could give this place a zero I would... I was gonna order a cup of coffee but she got an attitude and said because I wasn't eating there.I couldn't use the restroom... That's the policy she said , you have to sit down to eat , I said i was gonna order a cup of coffee , she said i had to sit down to eat , not order a drink , only eat in order to use the restroom. RIDICULOUS... !! places like this are a disrespectful to the community . It's alright the store will suffer its own consequences for its actions ... God don't like ugly , or haughtiness. YOU WILL REAP WHAT YOU SOW and that was rude, unkind , greedy , and incompetent , WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE !! ... Well ... Another store bites the dust on recommendations. That is all .
Someone's gonna end up peeing all over the floor one day .... Hopefully , it doesn't end up being a granny or something, WE NEED TO STAND UP TO POLICIES LIKE THIS ...

The food and service were amazing. We came from Miami to pick something up and stopped here. We had our newborn baby and the staff was so accommodating and helpful. They gave us hot water for the babies milk.
I had a steak sandwich which was really good quality steak and my husband had beef and rice and he ate the whole thing. The server was even making the baby smile and laugh. Wonderful time.

I ordered a Cuban sandwich and a media noche sandwich..
I specifically said no pickles for the Cuban sandwich but put everything in the media noche sandwich.
Guess what they don't put pickles in my media noche either.
In the top of that the media noche sandwich bread was burned..
How possible is that ?
Is the sandwich maker blind .
When clients order something from e restaurant if because we feel eat that at the moment...
You guys should do better ..and is not the fist time something like that happens to me.
