I got a cookie monster cappuccino, it tasted like water , no whip cream ,no cookie pieces, no chocolate drizzle . Wth baskin Robbins thanks for wasting my money

Stopped at the drive thru on a Sunday night 20 min before close. Ordered 1 sundae, 2 shakes and a sandwich. We were told they couldn't make a sandwich. Since it was close to closing we understood. However our 2 shakes were completely melted. There was nobody in front of us in line and we got the shakes quickly. I could see someone inside holding 1 of our shake cups and swirling it. Did they even put ice cream in them? I think they just didn't want to make them correctly because they wanted to go home. The person working at the drive thru was not friendly and did not even say thank you. I won't be going back.

First time here and will be the last. Looked up closing time on the internet. Said 9 pm…. Got there at 8:12 and was locked with 3 employees inside that looked at us then looked away.

I arrived at Baskin Robbin’s at 8:30 pm with hopes of getting ice cream and they were closed when google said they closed at 9! Disappointed!

After driving 25 milles to have my favorite ice cream the first thing was bad smell in the store, dirty ie papers on the floor, cones, etc. the employee manners were horrible, for sure that me and my family would not visit again this store. Please pay attention to the reviews

I just left that establishment in Lee High and in a rude manner an employee who was making jokes with a man in the parking lot said hello three times, ignoring me, she turned around and told me we're closing in 5 minutes, these young people who are supposed to run these businesses must give them classes on how to serve the public, I won't go again and I give them a big zero and let them know that I am a business owner and I would never have employees like that.

The ice cream is very good, but the atmosphere is lacking. Just an air of "don't want to be here" and the interior has this empty feel to it. Otherwise, good food.

Horrible service. Went through drive thru on Thursday June 22nd, and everything I requested for my order seemed to be out. Everytime I come to this location they are always out of the same things and more.Asked a employee for chocolate ice cream and they were even out of that. How is it that a major favorite that many customers like is always out. Smh. Went then to pay and the female employee got moody due to myself asking for a strong and spoon because it wasn't given to me, she claimed I gave u it you must lost it as she chomped her gum in my face. I don't complain bout fast food or the restaurant industry but certain things that probably are popular she be made sure it's ordered.
I ordered a 2 scoop sundae, the picture shows whipped cream and nuts on top. The guy handed me a cup with 2 scoops of ice cream. I asked for the whipped cream and nuts. He acted surprised. You can tell the employees really hate their job and it’s drudgery for them here. I will go to the mom and pop ice cream shop from now on.
