The collards are cooked to death, like mush and have no flavor. The potato salad ain’t southern & has a strange taste, the corn on the cob is from frozen, but ok. The corn muffins need a little sweetness. Ribs & chicken dinner good, without bbq sauce. The sweet sauce is good, but the hot doesn’t have much flavor except hot!
Everyone was amazingly friendly! We had the pull pork sandwhich brisket sandwich and the ribs! Everything was delicious! The potato salad is a must and the mac and cheese is the best in the south! Baked beans were gone in seconds and the collard greens were season to perfection! Absolutely perfect! All this was only $40!
Big Smoke never fails. Ribs were succulent and the sauce was perfect. Beans were spiced to perfection for me and potato salad was smooth as silk.i recently got back from vacation and tried other ribs, they all paled in comparison. Definitely my go to place. Uber eats was johnny on the spot getting the meal within the time promised
