Horrible experience ! Customer service is awful ! Lady is rude as hell , Over charging for food ! Waiting over an hour . No ventilation eyes were burning ! That will be the last time they get my business

Needs ventilation. I wasn't even in there 5 minutes and came out smelling like food and grease. It was extremely dim inside, poor lighting. Poor customer service! The woman had a real attitude. We didn't order because she didn't deserve or money. We left and won't be back. They didn't even have any paper menus for us to look at. And for what I did, see from the menu that was on the wall is that it was extremely expensive to be treated the way we were treated. So we just walked out.

I ordered a grio with beans and rice they sent me white rice and bean sauce and the grio was big chunks of pork meat I’m Haitian not fat with the pickles was so sour and it had oil in it my Frist time order my last and it was through door dash

I love the food here but the service is absolutely unreal ! I've had my orders canceled because she does not want to honor her prices she listed on certain platforms ! The service is terrible and as much as I love the food, I am fed up with her actions and will no longer spend my money at this restaurant! Such a shame !

This place is a disaster, it’s a disgrace to the Haitian community in Lehigh Acres…
You can’t call 30 minutes ahead of time for an order and then have to wait another 30 minutes for it to be ready, it’s unacceptable Never going there again….

I've eaten here by far quite a few times, definitely inconsistent with the amount of oxtails nevertheless your waiting for ever it was hot inside and I recommend another restaurant

Food was hot, ordered oxtails and macaroni cheese, rice the oxtails were good, a c not working properly but other than that it was not a bad experience, long wait for food.

Consider hiring friendly people for your establishment. Paying customers shouldn’t be greeted with nasty attitudes by your employees ESPECIALLY when the food isn’t good. Plz!

The customer service is terrible. Which don’t strick me much cause that’s how my people are. But to be the wife of the owner of the place for you to talk to people who bring you business on a daily says a lot about you. I’ve been coming to this place since they first opened and I really liked the owner cause he has always been so nice and welcoming. But 2 days ago I’ve decided I will not be bringing them my money anymore. This needs to stop. I don’t say you have to be nice but when I walk in to your restaurant to bring you my money acknowledge me and talk to me right. Don't just dismiss me as if I’m a nobody. Which they do to everyone btw. I love the food and my favorite is the bread it breaks my heart cause now I have to search for a new place.
