“My name is Christian and my friend Billy and I went to the hungry howies at 522-B Joel Blvd and we were greeted with a friendly & comforting attitude by Lilly who was working the register. She had an extremely pleasant demeanor, explained what options we had and even though she said it would take 15 minutes for our food to be ready it was completed faster than that, so she brought our food out to us so we weren’t waiting around too long. She gave such top notch service in that short amount of time it ought to be commended, thank you so much Lily for being so outstanding. You really made the best out of a long day for us. Let me just say, the food was incredible. The wings were the best I’ve ever had—packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. Even though I’m not usually a fan of sweet things, the brownie was fabulous. It had the perfect balance, not overly sweet, and I absolutely loved it.

The customer service was just as great. The girl who took my order was super kind, gentle, and efficient. The entire process was quick and hassle-free. Overall, the experience was amazing, and I highly recommend this location for its delicious food and outstanding service.“
