We ordered almost $70. in food. We have been customers for 8 years. Sometimes the food is less than expected and we get past it. Today the food was not edible. The chicken was old and very hard. We called and were disappointed with the response. No apology nothing. Was asked by the girl " so you call to tell me?" Very sad. You lost a customer an apology was what I was expecting. Nothing more

Ordered food at 845 pm they waited until 920 to cancel my order. All the while supposed to be closing at 10pm. Will not be ordering from them again.

We spent over $80 and usually do. Food is good but when you call in an order there is a young girl who answered and is not very nice and almost as if your wasting her time. When my husband went to pick up the food and asked for the spicy mustard (that he was looking at) there was a young girl at the desk who told him “sorry we’re out”. We order from here a lot but will stop if this continues. There is a lot of food out there where you can get great service! It matters…..

The worst food I’ve ever gotten from anywhere! I would have given 0 stars if that was an option. The beef and broccoli was all gristle with a bland watery sauce. We ordered crab Rangoon but it never looked or tasted like this before. It was inedible. The pork fried rice had no pork in it and it was mushy. None of the food was edible, never mind enjoyable! My family and I are all praying we don’t get food poisoning!!!
