I had ordered online and set my time to be ready at 9:00 p.m. I noticed they weren't very busy so I went inside at 9:00 to get my food and realized on the app it said my food had been ready since 8:30. So my food had been sitting there for a half hour. I asked why it was not set to be done at 9:00 and they had no answer for me. All they could say was well it's still hot. I asked for them to remake it and they refused. The two girls names were shaquisha and the cashier started with an F. I wanted my food to be done at 8:30 and sit on the shelf for a half hour then I would have put it in for 8:30 rather than 9:00. It's unfortunate that we finally get a decent food establishment in Lehigh and the customer service is already giving them a bad name. Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants but this establishment is going to lose my business. Apparently we can't have nice things in Lehigh.

The App that you have to order from is very difficult and confusing to navigate. I ordered almost $70 worth of food, had been assigned a pickup time, but when I went to pick up the food I was told they didn’t have my order. I showed the person my phone with my order. My payment was never posted…..I pressed the continue to checkout and held the button down until it sent me to another screen. I thought the payment was made. So I went to PaPa John’s App, used the same card to order a pizza. I’ll NEVER go to A Chipotle’s again, NEVER!!

I went into the store 15 minutes before close and Lorena was the fastest that I’ve ever had Service at chipotle. From start to finish I believe I was only in the store for four minutes and she was super friendly.

The lady who's older made my burrito did a half ass job didn’t even roll my burrito correct just put foil paper and squished it together. I got home opened it and basically had to try and roll it myself but it was so messy because everything had fell out.

Was excited to see a Chipolte in Lehigh & finally I made a stop to try it out the atmosphere was excellent but after looking at the choice of food I was extremely disappointed the food was very unattractive it looked dried out beans looked very mushy I decided not to purchase this time I usually go to Chipolte on Six Miles Cypress which is of EXCELLENCE. Hopefully this location will definitely find the right cook or this business may not be successful.

Had to give this 1 star because the kids meal was so spicy that our kid could not eat it. The kids chips were extremely salty, inedible. Nobody ate that. Our food also had random bites that were super spicy… our meal shouldn’t have been spicy at all. We found a small like 1 inch little back stick inside the food… if we would’ve accidentally eaten that, it could have punctured our intestine. TERRIBLE…. Lehigh barely has any food options, we were so excited to have chipotle here but we cannot come here anymore sadly. This is the the first time the food is extremely spicy btw. It happened before but we decided to give it one more try on Monday Sept 1st… and this was the experience.
