I been coming here for years since a child, I went there today with my family and got the same thing I always do (A soft serve chocolate ice cream) and it tasted extremely sour so I tried to take it in to see if I could get something different. The girl at the front told me no they wasn’t allowed which was crazy to me so I asked for a refund and she told me they don’t do refunds either, I’m overall very unhappy and won’t be going back again with my family.

They have been without chocolate ice cream. Today on 6/22/24 I called to see if they finally got some chocolate in and the phone just rang then hung up on me.
On May 26 2024 I simply ask for my ice cream to be place in a particular order in a cup and they didn't do it the way I wanted it, so I ask them to fix it and the manager said he won't fix it when I have been getting it that way for months
