Went through the drive through ordered a 4 piece chicken tenders value basket with onion rings and a coke asked for a receipt went and parked and waited for my food I look at the receipt and it says French fries about that time the lady is at my window with the food I asked did they put French fries in there she says yes I said I ordered onion rings she says she will fix it and carried my food back in then comes back hands me a bag with just tenders and says you will have to go in and pay 70 more cents for the onion rings keep in mind this was there mistake so I said I'll give you the credit card to take in so she go's back in then comes out a third time and hands me the receipt and card and says it will be a while for the onion rings finally comes back out a fourth time with the onion rings so I ate my cold chicken tenders and hot onion rings I've had it with Culvers and there pricey money hungry bullshit hope they are happy with that extra 70 cents can eat at a real restaurant at those prices any way I will also be sending this review to culvers corporate complaint line

Everything is fine, but the best service is the old man who attends and cleanses the tables. He has everything super clean. incredible with that age and how he does his job well. Thank you.
This Culver's had service with helpful and great employees. When I was waiting on they were fast and detailed as well as their listening skills. The burgers were delicious and the store was so clean and fresh. When I went into the restrooms I expected it to be dirty but instead it smelled great and was super clean thanks to AJ from Enviromaster doing a great job. This is now one of my go to spots and I'm telling all my friends and family.

It's fast food , the burgers are pretty good & the shakes , fries have always gone to the garbage , so it's OK. on that note it's better than most fast food places 😋
