Ordered pizza at 3:45 on a Sunday. The app said it was in "quality check" at 4:03. At 5:05 it was FINALLY listed as out for delivery. I live about a mile and a half (IF that much) away. It took until 5:20 for my order to arrive. It was luke warm at best and cut into really strange wedges AND you could tell it had been setting for a while.
