Order drink and after 3 time still got it wrong it was not that hard vanilla latte cold didn’t have vanilla give me fresh vanilla I ask for vanilla no we dnt have vanilla ok pain latte came back with ice coffee that was more cream then nothing else need to do better not the first time this happens

I go in. I order two simple drinks. The blender is down which OK I understand you know one of the drinks can’t be made that way. Absolutely OK but when the drink is made for a child and you give it to me piping hot and I ask you just to dump it into a cup with ice so it’s not hot and then you catch an attitude with the customer because they asked for you to put ice in a cup because a hot chocolate was too hot for a tiny child to drink and then you wanna start calling in Spanish like I can’t understand you. It’s called. Learn some etiquette and customer service. If you don’t have it don’t work there. I’ve never ever ever experienced the level of disrespect at this location ever in my life. To the general manager or to whoever sees this, someone needs to have a conversation with Miss Lily about her speaking to customers the way she did and catching an attitude and speaking in Spanish like people can’t understand what the hell she’s saying

I totally love Dunkin, I am grateful for the kind people that service at this location. I would personally like to address that this place only needs a better drive thru system, the long lines are hectic and it sabotage the hard work of the employees that are trying to do a good work. Elizabeth is great, she addressed issues at her best of her abilities. (Franchise owner this place gets nasty when crowded).

EVERY DAY, they let cars park in front where it causes safety issues for pedestrians and drivers. It's also eating up the curb. Staff can be slow with inside orders, and I've seen them argue with customers. But otherwise, decent food and service.

I get dunkin almost every morning. I always get the same thing. I recently moved to this area and have tried to give this location a chance over 10 times. I think they need a refresher on how to make the Iced French Vanilla properly. Unfortunately, I will be making my coffee at home from now on. Oh and every single location, no matter what state or city I am in has terrible food.

Customer service was ok l had to prime a smile out of the cashier and to make an order you can't get anyone on the phone but we ordered two boxes of Joe and 4 boxes of assorted spent over a hundred dollars to get no napkins may have received ten cups and enough sugar for 5. Next time l will travel another Dunkin donuts or another company all together.
