So their workers are kind and professional, however, they don’t have enough of a selection of doughnuts. They are almost always sold out which means they don’t have enough supply to support the demands / volume thjs store requires. Someone needs to fix that for NUMBERS SAKE & to improve the over all client / customer satisfaction experience.
We didn’t even get to order our food today, the guy said he couldn’t hear me while I was yelling to make sure he could and then my boyfriend proceeded to yell the order since he was closer and the man started screaming everything at us with the worst attitude I’ve ever heard in my life. I don’t know why people like that have jobs in customer service if they can’t keep a calm and collected head to paying customers, gonna make them lose customers.

It is a disappointment to order at this Dunkin. The staff is rude, they are not professionals. The general manager is rude and does not try to help customers. She is unprofessional. They should train her more in customer service and all the staff. Everything that this location has is super rud They really do not deserve even one star. Terrible services. They are handling food without gloves. I insist on an inspection. They use offensive words among the employees themselves. The language they use literally sounds vulgar and inappropriate. I went this morning and did a mobile order and a lady in front of me steals my order. Dunkin’ employees quickly remake my food. Took them not even 5 minutes. Thank you so much Dunkin’ employees especially during a huge morning rush.😍😍😍
