I was real disappointed & stood at the counter finding out whether we had to seat ourselves or wait to be seated. One of the reasons I stood at the counter is because there weren't many people in there and i'm almost positive that we would have never been acknowledged because I was standing there and wasn't even acknowledged right away. There was one lady that finally came to take my order. After that there was the bartender, who also happened to be our waitress as well. Here I am thinking that she was the only one there, since it was pretty slow. But that wasn't the truth. My husband had to get up to pay the bill since no one came back to the table for him to pay. He found out that there were two other waitresses on the other side of the establishment that should have been working. But they weren't. They weren't helping us like they should have been. The food portions were very small and without seasoning. No one ever came to check on us during our dining experience until we had finished our meal. Our table never got cleared off until the end, because I am assuming that this waitress that did finally wait on us, who was also the bartender, was just too busy working at the bar to come back. Someone did try to help us at the end but it was too little, too late. We still left a tip though. The macaroni and cheese had very little flavor and my husband's was cold. My mashed potatoes and gravy was also cold. They need to step their game up. I'm also disappointed in those small buffalo chicken egg rolls as well. They were extremely small for the price. I've had much larger egg rolls than that for the price that we paid. For almost ten dollars, they should have been much larger. Reply to the so called owner.... What you just stated isn't true. And it's more of a reason why I will never come back! There's no reason for me to look for anything to complain about. Don't tell me that I give what I get. From the time I walked in, I stood there for a long time before anyone acknowledged me. As a business owner, you are supposed to make your clients happy. There's no reason for you to try to blame me for being unpleasant toward anyone. I'm the one paying my money to patronize your establishment. If everything was okay, then this would not have been a review that I would have left. You all need to get it together. I never had an attitude, but I was disappointed because I had to stand there and no one did acknowledge me. There was no reason for me to make this up or to lie. What's even worse is instead of you trying to apologize about what was done wrong. You instead threw the ball at me like I was the problem. You are absolutely despicable!!! The other thing you need to do is go get rid of those flies in there. It only takes a moment to get a fly strip. We should have taken our food to go. Then we wouldn't have had to deal with all the flies or the poor service. I went above and beyond to make sure everything was good for you, but it just seemed like you came in looking for something to complain about and unfortunately, there is nothing that we could’ve done to make you happy because the attitude was already there. remember you give what you get. So if you’re unpleasant, maybe people reacted to that. But I know for a fact that I really tried..

I’ve been coming here for, I dunno, six or seven years? Have always loved the atmosphere and the vibe. Great place to chill out after work and Heather always takes care of everyone who comes in and has me cracking up when I’m there.

Ive been to Em's many times over the last few years. I live in South Fort Myers but, my dad lives in Lehigh Acres so, it's become our favorite lunch spot. Great service, food, and community is always a given. Love this place and the owner who lives locally and visits others restaurants regularly. She's cool AF
Awesome wings. They have great service and games like jenga and Pool!

Cold beer, the way I like it.
Sat down right away. Server was doing to go orders, bartenders, and serving tables. Took our order, customized it to our request, and delivered quickly. Food tasted great. We will go back.
Always a good time, good food, good drinks. Also has a few pool tables and on line music
This place has the potential to be rockin, the food is great, drinks made on point. But the only down fall is everytime we've gone in we find our own seats to sit and wait forever for service, as in no server to be seen on the floor (and typically not busy when we go in). When they eventually come out of the kitchen the service is good. Parking when they are busy is a bit chaotic. All in all I go back for a quick stop after work or a getaway lunch date on the weekend when time isn't of the essence.
If I could give a million stars I would. $30 per person but that's including games and tips. The food itself was 10/10
