This evening was my first time going to this restaurant. I've been dealing with some chronic illnesses and food isn't something appetizing anymore but I suddenly started craving orange chicken and pork lo mein. So I thought I'd give First Wok a try. The atmosphere is very nice for one, the lovely lady at the counter was very nice for two, and lastly, the food...well that was honestly amazing. I ordered out and the food was packaged so well that my food was still steaming when I got home. I haven't been able to enjoy food in a while and tonight I'm very grateful I decided to come in because it was definitely worth it. Their food is wonderful. Definitely give them a try next time you're in the area. I'll definitely be a repeat customer 🙏

The Bourbon chicken is a staple when we order. Same as the sweet and sour chicken.
Their customer service is great. Its obviously a family run business. They forgot to put my Lo Mein in a Grub Hub order, and when I called, they offered to drive it out themselves. And they did!
You cant go wrong here. Both of my kids approve. And that means a lot if you knew my kids.

We ordered on DoorDash and received the wrong food in the bag with our name on it. We called and they immediately rectified the situation and delivered our correct food within 30 minutes. Ive been eating here since I was a child and it’s our go to Chinese food place. The food is always great and we have never had a bad customer service experience. This experience with the wrong order just verified this with us and we will remain customers as long as they are around!

The food was very salty and tasted weird. I wasted $50 because it ended up in the trash. It was my first and last time. I went there because of some good reviews, and my experience was very disappointing. The problem is that they think an apology resolves everything. It is hard to make money, not having the time to cook and buy food, thinking it will be good for your family, and you feel helpless. My advice: go to the Edison mall, try the Chinese food there, and try to implement the same cooking methods. Improve the taste of your food. And by the way, the rice tasted grainy.
