10 min always turns into 35 min wait every time. Then they say we’re just waiting on your crazy bread when they just handed out 4 other bags of them. Left all pizza on the counter while waiting for all the stuff to come out so it’s nice and cold by the time I get it.
Tonight’s dinner was a fiasco. My husband waited in your lobby for over an hour to pick up an online order placed before he left our house. The “manager” on duty had no explanation as to why food was taking so long to get to customers. She was too busy to check since she was cashiering. There was close to 30 people waiting for their orders in the lobby and the drive thru wasn’t much better.
