So disappointed! Usually they are good but on this particular night, we placed our order and was told to wait 10 minutes. A car was parked before us and two others after us. When I tell you EVERY CAR except us got food, and we didn’t. I’m sure we spent the most as everyone was getting handed one pizza box. So we waited another 20 minutes to see if someone was coming out NO ONE came so my husband went in and checked on what’s going on, dude claim he’s just on his way out to us, WOW But why isn’t our food HOT N FRESH like it should’ve been? So disappointed we decided not to go here anymore.

What can I say, customer service and the quality of their food is going down the drain, just like everything else bought a deep dish Pizza, no sauce cheese was burnt and this is after expressing my last visit the young lady in the glass said no problem this will be that time I get pizza from here

I just wanted to call out an act of kindness that I witnessed at the store today!
I was waiting on my pizza to get cooked and as I was waiting in my car the car in front of me was broken down im assuming it over heated but desirea came right out and helped them by bringing them at least 2 jugs of water to help and got them right on their way! It was a wonderful act of kindness and I just wanted to bring attention to it so she gets the praise she deserves!
