This is not the place to go if you want hot coffee between 8:30 and 9Pm. The last 3 times that I was there the coffee was either room temperature or Luke warm. The fries were at the bottom of the bag and should have been warm at least...they were cold. I don't know why I bother going back.

Ordered and was charged for the bacon big Mac.... Did not get any bacon... And upon further inspection we realized that they used the JR PATTIES on our premium burger we spent 20 dollars for a 5 dollar meal completely unacceptable lehigh desperately needs a new McDonald's.

Editing because I once again was parked for a medium fry and a double cheeseburger sat in the parking spot for 17 minutes. This location on top of being abysmal overly abuses thier parking system that’s probably why nothing ever gets fixed corporate see they have good drive through times so there must not be an issue… they need to start tracking how long someone is parked and waiting for thier food after paying

Every single time I've ever been to this location when I have gotten to the speaker they always stop taking turns in the line and let 3 or more cars go before me. I let the lady at the 1st window know the issue and she couldn't care less. So I called the store asked to speak with the manager and they immediately hung up the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm not sure what the issue is. So I called the corporate number. Since that is the only way you can actually tell them how they are doing. Look I'm not trying be be a Karen but every time I go here, this happens. Like, every single time?? Crazy. Never at any other location does this happen. This will definitely be my last time going to this location. They need new management there. This location is a 1 star location at max. Just look at the reviews, 70% agree...

This location needs serious help... It is always extremely slow... Today I am here stuck in the Drive-Thru and they don't even have items available.... But instead of putting a notice out before people get locked in the Drive-Thru. They just let us get stuck here for 30 to 40 minutes. This is absolutely unacceptable!

Went through drive through yesterday got 2 burritos bacon eggs cheese bagel and large coke . Paid 10$ . Went to drive through next day got the same order paid . 13! For same food . Called them manager says he charge me for a senior drink yesterday not a large . The large drink is only 1$ . This place is crooked as hell and I will never eat there again .

This place is unbelievable there is always something wrong with my order. the deluxe mc crispy sandwich I ordered looked old and reheated. The lettuce and tomatoes were extremely saggy and dark.
