I have so many mixed experiences with this McDonald’s location. Sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s bad. One night I’ve even seen a worker spit in a customer’s face. One of the worst experiences I’ve had personally was when I ordered on the kiosk and I wanted a cup of water so I went to the register to ask for it. And the worker Danita said “what is she waiting for” and didn’t even help me. I even said excuse me multiple times she obviously heard me because she looked right at me. It’s honestly like no worker at that McDonald’s wants to really work at least I never seen a worker who wants to work or help the customers. Please hire younger and people who are willing to work at this location.

DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET A STANK FACE OR SPIT IN YOUR FACE AND FOOD. This location actually sucks. I already made a previous review but i had to make another account and write another review because of how bad this place sucks. I gave the cashier $25 a dollar extra from what the order was and he did not give me my exact change. Yea i get it, it was a dollar but he didnt even count the money. And my big mac wasnt even fully cooked when i got home. I went in the drive thru because i didnt want to park my car and yet they still made me park my car. The workers suck the mangement suck they dont even care about these reviews. SHUT DOWN THIS LOCATION. OR HIRE BETTER PEOPLE WHO CAN COUNT AND COOK AND MANGE TIME.

I'm sick of spending money at McDonald's in Lehigh the food is straight garbage...I order a fish sandwich the bread was so tuffI mean really...manger gave me another sandwich wasn't better at all...fries wasn't fresh at all..tasted like it was fried in old grease and my drink was so flat..McDonald's y'all need do better!!!!!!
I want to take a moment to recognize an amazing McDonald’s associate Tiffany who truly went above and beyond. Their kindness, patience, and positive attitude made my entire visit so much better. They took the time to make sure everything was correct and did it all with a genuine smile. Customer service like this is rare and deserves to be celebrated. Thank you for making my day—you’re doing an incredible job! I am a GM at a fine jewelry store and would be thrilled to have someone like her working for me.

First of all the amount of time it takes them to prepare my order is insane. Most of the times my food isn’t cooked properly. My chicken nuggets will be so raw and my fries are just like not how they used to be. I used to go to any McDonald’s and they would treat me better but since I’ve been going to this McDonald’s I feel like I’m been going to a dumpster. 1 hour and a half to pick up my order! What nonsense is this.

Went with Grubhub, they were fine with delivery and refund due to burnt food. Ordered chicken McMuffin and chicken was so over cooked that it was dark brown on the outside and hard on the inside. Totally non edible. Not the first time I have had overcooked/burned food from this location. I had 2 sandwiches and they were both non edible. Cannot recommend this restaurant in any way shape or form.

This is not the place to go if you want hot coffee between 8:30 and 9Pm. The last 3 times that I was there the coffee was either room temperature or Luke warm. The fries were at the bottom of the bag and should have been warm at least...they were cold. I don't know why I bother going back.
