The pizza wasn’t good at all. It had no sauce and it was doughy and the vegetables were cold . It wasn’t cut right. There was little pieces and big pizzas. I don’t know what happened to the quality of their pizza. The pizza was a complete disaster. It lacked sauce, was doughy, and the vegetables were cold. The slices were unevenly cut, with small pieces and large pieces. . I’m at a loss to understand how their pizza quality has deteriorated.

The sauce is very sweet and it wrecks me. To be nice I get the runs the next morning. No matter the location. Better ingredients, try making the sauce so it doesnt cause bowel problems.

The manager let his employees give out a order that was not confirmed and they took my food then told me I had to pay for another order when I didn’t even get my order but I will never order from them anymore

I ordered through the app and got two pizzas and 10 wings. My large cheese was cooked funny or something it had a bunch of bubbles that were the size of the slices 😅, but I called and it put me right to the manager and I didn’t catch his name but i explained my issue with the one pie and he offered a full refund or just completely remaking the pie and sending it out no extra charge. I declined and asked for credit on my account instead because i will continue to order from here, I understand mistakes happen but it’s not often they are loyal to the customer on the issues, well done papa John’s 👍🏻

Ordered a shaqaroni pizza and I am not sure what I got..... no cheese pepperoni is almost non existent added spicy sausage and looks like they forgot to put it on half the pizza called the store to complain and I was on hold for 20 minutes and the line dropped

I used to order pizza every Friday night from papa John’s. I had stopped for a while due to sloppiness today I thought I would give them another try, OMG it’s worse! The delivery driver passed by my house to go to the next one WAY down the road when I got my pizza it wasn’t hot no matter what kind of bags they are in and it tastes nasty, both pizzas I ordered are nasty!!! Called in to talk to someone about it and they could care less
We had a free pizza because they messed up an order, so I called to place an order and was on hold for 10 minutes, I hung up and called back, when they answered they said give me second. + this time I was on hold for 40 minutes. My wife then called in and they finally came back on the line,then at minute 43 I was placed back on hold while they consulted with the manager. At minute 50 someone came back on and was able to process the order. The pizza was delivered on time and was better than average quality.

Everything is always right but Everything is ask for well done online it's a doughy mess when it's gets delivered i have to rebake it myself and it's really starting to piss me off. Delivery is always on point and friendly but I really feel like the cooks are screwing me on purpose happens too often

I’ve been going here for years and this location is great! In about 11 years of being served by them, I think there were only two times where my order had an issue, and the managers took care of me right away. I want to thank Shea for doing a great job of helping me most recently. There was an issue with my order and she made sure that I was compensated for any inconvenience. I'm very disappointed in my local papa johns this is the second time where either my order wasn't filled or it just didn't show up. I'm not sure on why they use door dash to deliver when you request a delivery but they should stop using them because it's making them look really bad. So this will be the last time we use them.
