I ordered brownies from papa John’s today in Lehigh and upon receiving the order the box was not sealed and there was something on top that looked like a yellow string which I immediately removed. Not sure why you all are not sealing these for customers security and making crooked cuts when cutting up these brownies.

First, the guy that answered the phone to take my order was very rude and not clear at all very poor customer service from him then I picked up my order to see the same guy without a hairnet slinging his hair all around no gloves, touching everything then going to prepare and make food Poor customer service here

we ordered a chicken alfredo papa bowl and got no noodles or chicken. it said chicken alfredo bowl. just plain cheese with vegetables, not even one noodle or a bite of chicken. it was just a long flimsy throw away pan and it was all wet and cheesy, had to put the cheese and vegetable soup on my pizza, which the bread didn’t even bite properly, was so hard. would never go to papa again, he failed us

Ordered a schedule delivery for 6:30. Driver shows up 20 mins early knocks on the door and sets the pizza on the ground for the ants. I pull up as he is walking down the driveway with no response he gets in and leaves. Never did he try to call us to say he is early, to set the food on the ground is no different than spitting in it. Never will we order again from there we have way too many options that offer great service.

It's sad how tv lies to you. This is the extra large New York style pizza with extra cheese from Papa Johns. This looks and tastes like a Chef Boyard D pizza made from a box at home. No I take that back. I can make it way better at home. This is in no way a New York style pizza at all. Will never order it again. I also got a philly steak Papadilla and that was great. Only reason I gave them 2 stars.

There is nothing good about this pizza place. I love Papa John's pizza but this one specifically is the worst pizza place I have ever encountered. You have the option to customize your pizza with different toppings and what not, well, they distribute the toppings between 2 slices and that's it. You read it right, all the toppings were distributed across 2 slices, nothing else on the other pizza slice. This is not the first time either. I ordered here twice already and both times the same outcome. Needless to say, I will never buy anything from this place again and I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy.
