I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Tracy at Pizza Hut! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional from the moment I walked in. Tracy went above and beyond to make sure my order was exactly right and checked in to be sure everything was fresh and prepared just the way I wanted. Her warm personality made me feel welcome, and her efficiency showed she really cares about the customers. Excellent service like hers makes all the difference—I’ll definitely be back because of Tracy!

Placed a carry out order, which didn’t complete accurately. When I was given my order, we realized something was missed and the guy working in the front made it possible to accommodate the original order. While waiting, my daughter was eating her food but had not been given napkins. The woman at the register, brought her some napkins without us asking. Very thoughtful. Would be nice if this location had tables.

We ordered online and ask for light sauce and well done. It was neither. I called and the worker was extremely rude. We used to order from Pizza Hut in Lehigh every Friday night until the pizza wasn’t good anymore. We gave it a break but decided to give it another try. This is the second time we tried and neither time was the pizza as ordered. We won’t order again as the clerk was extremely rude.
