Took my mother and grandmother out for dinner to this rib city for the first time and the service was astronomical and absolutely amazing. The Service was so wonderful and our server Addyson was on the ball and she made our dinning a wonderful experience. I would Highly recommend this place. And that is just the service the food was phenomenal it was ready in about 10-15 minutes and it was piping hot and absolutely delicious. if i could give it more than 5 stars i absolutely would. Thank you so much. It is suggested that i add about the ambiance of the place and in my opinion it was epic the place has a nice rustic look and the temp was just right not too hot but good amount of cold temp . Absolutely love the ladies that were on staff tonight were Awesome.

My family & I discovered this location after moving 2 years ago. We've only gone a handful of times since our move but this location is great! The service is always wonderful! The employees are so nice & we feel welcome. Great food, great atmosphere!

We wrote a negative review back on 1 July. The company reached out and gave us a $30.00 gift certificate. We just left the restaurant and could not be happier. The food and service was incredible!!! Erica the Manager/Waitress had no idea we had the gift certificate when we came in. She was so attentive. We could not be happier with the food or the service. We will be back and be back often. I just want to say, I would recommend this restaurant 100%. The service has always been amazing. Pretty sure, we just happened to show up on an off night. We have been to this location several times in the past. Always been happy except the one time in July. Could not be happier tonight. Haven't had a dinner anywhere this good in a long time. Thank you again Rib City for your food and service and standing behind your business and bringing us back. See you soon!!!

The service was good, the food could improve, it is not at the same level as other restaurants of the same chain, such as the one on Immokalee or Lee Blv, the portion of the rib was extremely smallHowever, the price is still reasonable considering thecurrent inflation.
This is a nice place for a quick meal but it's a hit or miss with who the cooks are because we have had really good food and other times I wouldn't feed it to my dog the bread would come out hard and the meat super dry. Very good cheese fries and the tenders are also good. The ribs have been good and bad so I can't say on those but overall a good place to eat and not super expensive. Everyday specials lunch and dinner.

Don't order Brisket sandwich, both my wife and I did for lunch 6/20/23. Nothing but barbecue fat sandwich. Clearly cook has no concept of how to prepare brisket. Opened sandwich to find traces of brisket surrounded by fatGet two for the slaw and tea.
