It was my first time trying this place and I decided aside from the food try the key lime pie. I think they forgot to add the limes lol it was just a pie of condensed milk. The food was good and I’ll give them another chance even though the key lime was atrocious lol
For a rib place, these ribs were dry, chicken was dry, sides were terrible. Ribs and chicken had no sauce on them. Definitely not like Naples.
We went in at 7:45pm our server was great food was amazing , brisket was a little dry but besides that we had a great time , love the country feel we had the ribs and my kid was 4 she ate for free I spent about 50 bucks to feed me , my wife my daughter and my son
Food was great but service sucked...I felt they were more concerned with to go orders than customers in the restaurant
Great food

Beef brisket was cold. Mac and cheese was cold. Staff was nice. Worst food for a rib city I have ever had.

I am not giving the 1 start just because Gary the manager was awesome with great communication and customer service skills. I cannot believe that a waitress could make so many mistakes in just one order. Server, Anna, has just gave me the worst service ever.

Problem was it took 20 minutes to take our drink order and 35 minutes to get our food. Everyone was nice and the food was good as I expected, but it just took forever.

The ribs were basically Flintstone rations, extremely small and dry.
Flat beverage, severe wait time for actual meal to arrive to the table +55 minutes for a family of 4 and it was not busy.
Ran by teens.

We got ribs to go last year and they were perfect. Unfortunately, this year, we got two baby backs and they were burned and dry. We tried the St.Louis and they too were burned and dry and not tender. WHAT HAPPENED? We got all these to go so it's not like it would be easy to take them back. Big disappointment.

I have been eating at this location since they opened, plus other locations aswell. The service, atmosphere & food has always been good. However, for some reason they have changed their beans recipe. I had another one of their customers tell me about it several weeks beforehand & I completely forgot about it. We both agree the change was not a good one. Beans are hard & bland now in my opinion. Usual meal, (Tony's Combo) with beef, loaded potato, beans & sweet tea.
Now what?
