We place an order for $177.00 from rib city in Lehigh for the nursing staff at Lehigh hospital. Some of the staff ordered the 1/2 rack of rib lunch for $14.99. The ribs arrived DRY AND COLD. We were told the order would be ready at 11:45 AM. We were there at 11:45 AM picked up the order in the hospital is right next door the ribs arrived cold and dried like leather. It is a crime to charge this kind of money for 5 little ribs. That had to be torn off the bone.Because they were so dry.We will never order from them again

This review is for the Rib City at 1480 Lee Blvd restaurant. I'm writing on behalf of my brother Tim who worked next door. Tim wanted to give a huge shout out to Sara, Zoe, Ari, Allie and the general manager Gary. He says the staff is so welcoming, kind, and go over and above for everyone that walks through their doors. The food is great and many a customer come back daily because of the good food and wonderful nice staff. Thank you for all you do!

The pulled pork was good as well as the chicken.The Mac n cheese was not good...at all. We ordered a large and a medium because we have a large group and we all LOVE Mac cheese $23....honestly it tasted like Velveeta shells and cheese. Won't make that mistake again!
First time visiting this place and we had really great experience. We had St.Louis Rib Combo and BBQ Beans and corn cobette on the side. Their BBQ sweet and tangy sauce are the best! Service was great, Kate always checking on us if we need anything ??If we visit Lehigh Acres again, definitely will come back!

Picked up food around 8:00 the chicken tenders that are typically served with sauce on them and not dry they were served to me dry and burnt I got to be skyscraper there was about half of the meat that is normally on it at any other rib City also got a turkey skyscraper the same thing it was skipped on meat and the beef was literally like eating beef jerky we stopped going here a few years back when they changed it to express but we figure we'll give it another shot since we've been eating at the other rib City in Lehigh and I will say it's much worth the drive to the other rib City to just pass by this one because their food is absolutely horrible and we used to love this rib City used to be our favorite restaurant in Lehigh but they have literally ran downhill for the past 2 to 3 years keep on driving and go on to the other rib City by 82 and Lee boulevard the food is always fresh the portions are always Fair and the service there is great rib city by the hospital sucks
