This the third time I ordered and you guys not toasted my bread

I've been here before. The last time was they were cleaning off a knife with a receipt pulled from the garbage. Today 12/5 at 1pm, two girl employees yelling profanities at each whilst I eat, feet up on a prep table. The table I'm at rocks because they don't care to fix the leveling. Would you believe as I'm sitting here, someone opens the door and comes off the hinges.

Rude and disrespectful. Asked to have my sandwich made in a certain order. At least, that's what I hoped for.
The girl working there wouldn't listen. She literally slap everything on the sandwich her way. Asking for green peppers, she added a 1/4 inch piece of green bell pepper.
Is this a joke?
Asking for her name, she told me she was not allowed to provide her name.
Rude, and disrespectful. She didn't even offer to make it right.
Stay away from this Subway location. This is not the first time that I experienced the upmost unfriendly behavior of the employees.

What a waste of time, only two customers eating none online. Two employees , one talking to the other while he's making a sandwich, but apparently is distracted by the coworker going on and on about nothing pertaining to the work. I was totally neglected so I left. Has it come down to This particular Subway doesn't care about customer service or could it be all Subway's?

This place really had in my life treated me as badly as today, I arrived and there were two young boys, a dark-skinned girl and a white boy, neither of them even looked at my face to ask me what I wanted. not even a good afternoon or absolutely anything, the girl was the one who helped me and never looked at my face, I am Cuban and I don't speak English perfectly and so everything I said was in English, I never spoke Spanish and she started to prepare something that I mentioned to my partner that I wanted but it wasn't even what I was going to ask for, I just listened to him and started preparing it, throwing things at him that he didn't want, not to say how bad I had it, I had to ask the boy what If that was my sandwich because I didn't even know if they were serving me since the girl didn't even look at me, really, the service here is horrible and I'm very indignant with the lack of education of the two of them, afterwards they didn't even tell me the price alone They took and put everything on the computer, they charged me, the truth is I am very upset with their attention and their lack of professionalism, I will never go there again đŸ€ŹđŸ˜Ą

Ordered delivery through subway app, subway uses doordash for the delivery. My delivery was picked up, the person brought it to my house and never delivered it. They sat in my driveway for 25 minutes EATING my sub. Craziest thing I ever saw. I did not go outside to their car because who knows, I don't know them. I'm not walking up to a random strangers car, but I could see them eating in my driveway. Then I called the store and they said a guy stole my order, but there was no manager there so they didn't know what to do, then they gave me a fake corporate number and I never got an answer from anyone. I disputed it with my bank and got the refund thankfully. The subway app was tracking the person delivering which said he was sitting in my driveway. No food though, he must have been real hungry.

I went into the store tonight and I was greeted with warm smiles from the two employees who were making sandwiches. They had a large crowd but honestly they were handling it well. They were incredibly patient and kind thank you Miguel and to the young lady who's name I didn't catch it was such a pleasure getting my sandwich tonight after such a long stressful day.

I always give good reviews when they are due. But needless to say I was so disappointed. I’ve been going to this subway for 12 years now and always enjoyed the food. I went there a couple of days ago craving subway
..and it was awful! My bread was so stale and tough I had to throw it away. I could have made myself a sandwich at home. I was also shorted on the meat and poor customer service. I was the only one there so they weren’t too busy. Then on the second sandwhich the guy was tapping and tapping all the sauce off the meat balls but who wants just the meat balls - the sauce is part of it. I called and asked to speak to a manager - but yes it was not right away- I was very upset and very busy
. I only wanted to alert about the issue. I was responded by “regarding what?” And was spoken to very condescendingly. Saying she has no proof of what I was saying and why didn’t I come right back- well what if I was no longer in the area. Very, very rude and I didn’t finish explaining- I just said “thank you and I won’t be going there anymore.” They don’t care I’m sure but I do refer all the time- such a shame!

When people order things online they come first forget the people online Wayne to get a sandwich and it has the money to pay for the sandwich there waiting 30 minutes it was bad I like the place but the customer assistance don't come first online it always will be first.

Guy made our sandwich then handed us our change with the same gloves on. Then went to making the next person sandwich with the same gloves. This place is gross. We just threw our food out. There is nothing about this subway that is clean.

To be honest, you should bring down that radio. I have very good hearing and the way the store is laid out the radio behind the customers head facing the register is so loud that I have to ask the person making my sandwich over and over again to please repeat themselves And I have very good hearing bring it down. It’s too loud.
