I went into the store at 8:20p, I was the only customer. I was greeted and told he would be with me in a minute. I stood there watching him combine and clean up the empty containers and took them to tha back of the store. When he returned he started organizing the condiments, removing them to the back of the store. I was there maybe 10min before walking out without purchasing the 3 foot long sandwiches I came for. It was clear there is not a trained mgr in the store that cared about customer service or SUBWAY. done with this store!

I work for door dash and though there were a couple customers in the store the employees weren't helpful at all and didn't start the order for 15 minutes after I arrived poor customer service and there was multiple employees

This place has horrible customer service,they dont have any respect for there customers,The employees are always on their phones.im always gett Charged more for a different sandwich i do not recommend this subway the one on lee blvd is so much better?

I was there last Friday and the two males workers looked like they were angry or annoyed. Bad service!!!
Visited on June 13th at 430pm. Ordered a Hotspot Italiano and spicy Italian flat bread. The employees seemed lost and unorganized when I said please make the Italiano like the description please. The female ( girl with black hair),employee I had to repeat my order 7 times to her. Got it toasted but the male employee forgot to do cheese I asked for which was same as description. Very sad when the place was even busy. Male employee felt it was more important to talk to his female friend who came in then focus on how to make the orders right.

Sadly, since the recent change in management at this Subway, the service at this subway has suffered. I am in here weekly and maybe I will have to choose another location. Also the contents of the subs has also gotten smaller.

Horrible service They took forever to make eye contact and greet the customer 4 -5 associates literally sitting down one sweeping another one wiping and Lili taking her time like a turtle almost dropped my sub I walked out I know what bad service is
