I would like the owner of this location send me their contact information. The girl working this morning is wildly unprofessional. I went 8n at 10am to get my lunch for the day and she informed me that if I wanted a meatball sandwich I would have to wait 30m. I told her I didn't have 30m to wait, that's why I ordered ahead on the app. She then said we'll im the only person here to which I replied you've been open for 2 hours, how do you not have meatballs yet. She tried to get me to change my mind and I refused. She then said we'll I don't care, I don't care, I really don't care. This is pretty unacceptable.

I ordered a tuna footlong, but when I opened it, there was no tuna, and it had traces of bacon, which I didn't order. When I called back, the employee who answered couldn't give me an explanation. I asked for the manager, and she said he had already left. First and last time I'll order from that place. I frequently buy from other Subway locations, and this was terrible.

Food taste great. But service is bad.. poor service, while making my sandwich, employee was talking on his cellphone and I had to repeat my order to him repeatedly. Very sad.

Last week I came in to get some quick dinner for my family. As we’re walking in, a young lady working curses and proceeds to pick up a piece of bread off the ground. She picked up the bread and set it on the counter. It seemed she was making an online order because nobody was in line. I waited to see if she was going to throw it away..but instead she used it to make someone’s sandwich. We decided we were not going to eat there and we left. Will not be visiting this subway again.

I wish I could give no stars. Upon entering the restaurant the two employees informed my friend and I that they couldn’t start making our order until all online orders were fulfilled. She was quite rude so, I asked the one young lady young lady if one to work on online orders while the other fixed our sandwiches. She stated that the manager told them to do so. I asked for the manager’s name she wouldn’t tell me but said that she would be in tomorrow at six. While waiting, I noticed that the sandwich prep station was unclean and started to take pictures so I can show the manager my concerns. The one lady then told me she has right to refuse service and asked me to leave because she felt threatened. She also stated that I was not a paying customer because at this point I didn’t want the food but was waiting for m friend.

Can someone explain to me please how does this work because I go there for lunch The toaster works but at night past 7:00 it is miraculously broken like McDonald's ice cream after she put the meats and the cheese on the sub I asked for toasted she said it's broken and it's been broken for months mind you I know that's a lie because I was there the day before and it was working whoever that lady that was working there last night should go through a training course on how to treat customers she gave me a big attitude because I didn't want the sub if it's not toasted they should tell people that hey it's broken but not really I just didn't want to clean it before we close
