Service was horrible very minimal customer service the person preparing the subs came from the back with gloves on didn’t change the gloves prep, prepared the sandwiches, and as they were fixing the sandwiches, they were wiping down the counters as they prepared the sandwiches with the gloves they were touching. they take the knife out of this little container, full of water, dripping wet who knows what cut our sandwiches and then put it right back in that container I think I’m going to call my lawyer then it was 8 o’clock and the employee sweeping the floor says the lobby is closed. I asked what time they close she said 10 o’clock I wonder does the owner even know

After walking out of the Homestead store I came here hoping the service would be better. At 8:35 I walked into the store and both techs were sweeping and mopping the floors, I was told I would have to make a cash only purchase, I responded that was what I was told 2weeks ago I don’t carry cash so I was not able to get sandwiches. I commented to that fact and was told maybe she could reboot(my word) the system and it may work, I responded that would be nice! After rebooting the system came online and it would accept credit cards. I said great. I started to order 3 foot long sandwiches, 1 being a meatball, I was told they did not have any meatballs made. I walked out. I have been told by this store and the Homestead store over 50% of the time they don’t have any meatballs heated up. Again I blame the lack of qualified mgmt for the poor customer service experience.

This place is not it.. I knew I should of went to Jimmy johns or Firehouse. Part of my sub bread was stale, nothing tasted fresh, onions weren’t even cut right for a sub…. disappointed.

From your order will not be made, to hearing the N word from the speaker, to what’s up cuh. My order got cancelled from the store the guy was blasting his rap music and they would not answer their phone I felt so disrespected and they did not want to help. Would not go again.

Say what you will, but I love subways tuna sandwiches!!! Love love! I love the shoppe on Lee Blvd. my favorite local subway !! Always fresh and folks are friendly. I walk in there smell the bread baking and I'm in heaven!!! Love the bread!! Also other than being a delicious sandwich they are so reasonably priced you can afford to feed a family of four!!! If you don't like tuna try the black forrest ham on wheat!!! All the trimmings! Yummy

This place had a line and the new guy was being watched by the other staff while he made multiple sandwiches very slowly! It took me saying something to the others for help to get the line moving faster!

Guy making the sub should have had a hairnet with the mess on top of his head and was either way to high or just completely uneducated not to mention just slopping everything on the bread leaving the extra cheese I asked for and he charged me for off the sandwich horrible subway do not eat here and as much as subway cost now there's no excuse for still hiring idiots.
