Complete rip off! Came through drive through ( nobody was there, almost 4pm) and ordered the most expensive box for 9 Dollars. Was really looking forward, had seen the ad on TV..... But what I got was horrifying! The chalupas were small, they added 2 of the breads into one, probably to make it look bigger, with very little filling. But that was not all.... When I bit into it, it was like rubber, it was old, some leftover from lunch, and they just stuck it in the microwave and heated it up! The grease was horrible, the chalupas ( bread ) were completely hard as shoe soles.... Just trash! YOU ARE TRASH, TACO BELL!

Sent in a pickup order on Saturday 12/14/24 and they got it spot on. I will tell you I am one of those people that say I want this I don’t want that. I ordered quite a bit and the only thing that did not have a special request was the potatoes. EVERYTHING WAS CORRECT!!!!! Way to go Taco Bell the service was great worker assured me everything was done the way I asked. Very happy

The truth is that I have never seen anything like this, they put the air conditioning on full so they don't dirty the lobby, what a bad service and what an unpleasant thing.

It is a typical fast food place. Sometimes you get staff on Fridays and Saturday that take good care of it and Things are great. The rest of the week you play russian roulette. Hit or miss. Some days have good quality staff some days they are terrible.
I can't even focus on the food cause it's genuinely 30 degrees in that place, WHY IS IT SO COLD. I was literally able to see my breath! Someone please turn the a/c down 😭the food ain't even that bad, 90% of the time it's great and the order is right, but please just make it warmer in there
They need to hire people who actually know what they’re doing and won’t be little dickheads to customers just because they don’t want to be there. Shut the window in my father’s face multiple times when asked how much it would be and their attitudes were ridiculous. Completely messed up our order too. Horrible, horrible service.
