The service would have been a five completely too. Except for 1 rude girl working. I love my taco bell in Lehigh, 99% of the time, they are fast and friendly. Then, you got that one little annoyed person that has to ruin it for the whole crew. Obviously I will continue to go there. Just hope she's not working when I do. Love the rest of our regulars that work there

The customer service here is completely lacking . Tonight I went through the drive thru and the young lady named Davaney was incredibly rude . I can understand it’s a stressful job because my own. Children worked the drive thru at McDonalds but she clearly doesn’t want to be there nor cares about her job. I have also worked in customer service 15 yrs plus and it doesn’t matter what kind of job it is you should take pride and offer the best service possible and represent the company you work for in the best light . This is the name she gave me but she might’ve not been telling the truth because on the receipt the name that shows is Geraldo R. I will be calling corporate Monday morning. She should not be working there if she doesn’t like her job , am sure there is a a lot of people that would feel so blessed to have that position that she treats like nothing . Hopefully she can receive better training .

on Halloween there was no quality over quantity it was just “let’s get stuff to customers who are paying for something they don’t even want” total rip off. I asked for cheese roll ups W/ potato’s and a cheese casadia with potato’s and you guys forgot to potato’s and even put lettuce and meat on it accidentally AND a whole bunch of other stuff?!?! I don’t even know what… My boyfriend had issues with all his as well and they were not nicely put together it was just a total mess when we opened it up like you guys were just slapping stuff together. WHAT WAS GOING ON😭 I JUST WANTED MY TACO BELL N NOW I WASTED 60 BUCKS

Complete rip off! Came through drive through ( nobody was there, almost 4pm) and ordered the most expensive box for 9 Dollars. Was really looking forward, had seen the ad on TV..... But what I got was horrifying! The chalupas were small, they added 2 of the breads into one, probably to make it look bigger, with very little filling. But that was not all.... When I bit into it, it was like rubber, it was old, some leftover from lunch, and they just stuck it in the microwave and heated it up! The grease was horrible, the chalupas ( bread ) were completely hard as shoe soles.... Just trash! YOU ARE TRASH, TACO BELL!
