Unbelievably Bad Service at Waffle House in Lehigh
If I could give zero stars, I would. I came to this Waffle House in Lehigh with my family, and despite the restaurant being nearly empty, we were completely ignored. We waited 25 minutes—yes, 25 minutes!—and not a single server acknowledged us, offered water, or even glanced in our direction. When we finally got up to leave, I sarcastically said, “Thanks for your service,” and one of the staff actually replied, “Thank you.” The level of rudeness and lack of professionalism here is astounding. Save yourself the time and frustration—don’t bother coming to this location. It’s clear they don’t care at all about their customers.

Staff is good location is okay. Management you need to get avocado and some other ingredients in there!! You will never stand out from other places like busy first watch! Honestly I’m losing interest because I don’t look forward to coming anymore. The food is bland! Staff is not the problem. No variety. I’d pay a little extra for better product. Don’t be cheap Waffle House. You can afford things like avocado, to name a few. If you don’t want to be the best breakfast place in southwest Florida, then you are kind of showing it by the offering of little product.

I sat at the counter for about 5 minutes never was even asked if i wanted anything..Instead of greeting a customer when they walk in employees are to busy on their PHONES and talking in a group!! Also the loud hip hop music playing in the restaurant is unbearable. Appears to be little to no supervision!!!

Started as a good addition to the dining experience in the town, but service has already gone downhill, no longer having a greeter to acknowledge your arrival and wait time. I stopped at this place a couple of times, and had to turn around and leave without getting even a hello. The first time I gave them an excuse as the place seemed packed and understaffed, the second time there were plenty of empty tables, and I asked if I could sit anywhere I pleased and I was told I could, but left after waiting for service, and again getting nothing. After these 2 failed attempts at getting service, I am not planning on going back to be disappointed again.
Fast service, great hash browns. My eggs and bacon were not cooked as well as usual, so I submitted a critique via their qr code, and was contacted within 2 hours by a representative that acknowledged the problem and promised it would be fixed. A gift was received as promised, and I was assured that the problem of the technique for the eggs was corrected. I was impressed with the rapid follow-up anyway, and it was only the 2nd time in 40+ years of eating at Waffle House that I have had a problem.
