My eggs and bacon were not cooked as well as usual, so I submitted a critique via their qr code, and was contacted within 2 hours by a representative that acknowledged the problem and promised it would be fixed. A gift was received as promised, and I was assured that the problem of the technique for the eggs was corrected. I was impressed with the rapid follow-up anyway, and it was only the 2nd time in 40+ years of eating at Waffle House that I have had a problem.“
