Xavier was the cashier. So rude. Comes to the front and says what's up? 😒 you are by far the biggest disappointment. Learn how to grow up and know what customer service is. Do talk to my child and tell him to speak up when he is talking with me. You clearly need some discipline yourself. Also. When I ask for a baconator. That doesn't mean you need to ask me which one. If I want a GD Pretzel baconator I'd ask. Or what ever variety you sell. A baconator meal is exactly as said unless I asked for something different. Maybe pay attention to deal and get that look off your face. I'm sorry we interrupted your work day. If you aren't happy then don't work there. I won't be back. You and that fast food restaurant are a waste of time and I'm not missing out on the food 😆

Called this store 8x in a row. No answer. I checked my bag and the right amount of food was in there. But I get home and they gave the wrong sandwiches. Just frustrating

They forgot both sweet & sours that I ordered on my mobile order, so when I asked for them at the window, the manager on duty basically screamed at me to make sure I ask for them at the speaker so she can charge me accordingly. Didn't even give me the chance to state that they were ORDERED and FORGOTTEN.

Rude as hell
This place is horrible!!! Zero customer service. I ordered something online and went to pick it up and the door was already closed. That one African American woman who doesn’t know how to speak to people told me that I have to take the drive-thru line which I did. I was on that line for about 20 minutes. When I get to the window, she didn’t even ask me about the order and said rudely: did you tell your name? I answered to who since I didn’t get a chance to talk to anyone after standing by the ordering stand for a few minutes. She was like yelling at me and asked me to pull over which I did. I waited for an extra 15 minutes, no one said anything to me. And my order supposedly was ready 30 mns prior. So I had to leave without getting that would be a cold food. Wonder why they have to put these miserable people in the front to represent a company? I will go back in the morning for a refund and will never put my toes over there anymore. Just wished I could give the customer service a zero stars.

Oct.14 2024 9 AM I purchase two number eights and one number nine no bacon the order was fine except for the soda they gave us All three orders with breakfast I don’t get it soda with breakfast.? and it’s funny that both soda machines were completely out of any type of juice OK but that’s not the problem. The problem with the condescending way the cashier with the nose piercing was towards two of my family members that were with me One age 83 my mother the other age 53 and I’m 59 myself. they were in Between themselves conversation in Spanish about which order to get and the problem that there’s no orange juice with breakfast orders. the distain that was in the face was amazing until I got there and and ordered I don’t understand how a person that age tries to look down on someone it’s sad but true. I happen to be a 27 year veteran of the Teamsters. Yeah those subzero working guys so I know what it is to work hard and I understand having a bad day but How dare you
Wendy’s Please train your employees according! Yes, I won’t ever go back to that establishment ever again! I hope it was worth it!

Expect that every time you order nuggets you’ll never get the sauce you asked for. Not receiving my correct order at this Wendy’s is the most consistent dependable thing in my life. Normally always catch it at the drive thru window but when ordering delivery there’s nothing you can do.
Ordered garlic parm saucy nuggs on DoorDash, and dry chicken nuggets with no sauce is what got delivered to me. Also with no sauces on the side.
The people that work here don’t give af and it shows. It’s whatever, I shouldn’t be eating fast food anyways so these terrible experiences just keep me away from this unhealthy food.

I only gave it one star because I went on Monday because I served the car at around 3pm and a brunette with braids looked like she was having a bad day and she spoke to us upset, of course my daughter left her and we didn't eat there but there are so many people out of work because they employ those types of women who do poorly.

Joke is on me I guess today. I normally check my order to make sure everything is right. Today I didn't for some reason got old fries that where thrown in the fryer again. Extra greasy. They don't like me because I normally say something if something is wrong. Or if I get half filled fries. I only go here because it's the one that's closer to me unfortunately. Managers all suck. Sometimes you might get a nice employee. It's a hit or miss I guess. Lunch just started also so I thought things would of been fresh as well but guess not.
