Got my ice cream like I wanted. Went 4 other places before going here. Should have went here first. I just went there today, 1/8/26 and ordered a salad, when I pulled up to the window, they asked me what I ordered because whoever asked me at the speaker didn't take my order. How do you like that one. Then, I had to wait ten minutes for a salad. 🤦♀️

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever had in my life. I ordered 45$ in food and literally almost everything they gave us was raw… the employees are EXTREMELY rude. The inside of the restaurant is absolutely filthy. The health department needs to do everyone a favor and shut this place down.

Worst Wendy's I have ever been inside of. Drive thru service has been ok. However, ever time I order inside the service is terrible!! This last time today I went inside and ordered 4 snickerdodle frosty and the lady acknowledged she made them wrong but still handed them to me anyways. (Just vanilla) When we politely asked her to make them the right way she took them and slammed them into the trash with an attitude. Rude and unprofessional never again.

Genuinely disappointed in how dry and crusty the chicken sandwich is and still putting whatever ingredients they guess on. The people behind the counter do not know how to do the bare minimum of making food properly in food service. I ripped the chicken patty feeling like it was beef jerky, that’s sad lol

You never get what you order and it’s a nightmare trying to get your money back for food that you never received but paid for. The food is always smooched and soaking wet with condiments. Fries are always dumped upside down in the bag. But what’s worse is the wait time to get your food to find out you didn’t get it 😡
