You never get what you order and it’s a nightmare trying to get your money back for food that you never received but paid for. The food is always smooched and soaking wet with condiments. Fries are always dumped upside down in the bag. But what’s worse is the wait time to get your food to find out you didn’t get it 😡

There has been several times I have gone at different times and i experience the same. When i pulled up i notice a truck sitting at drive thru for minutes, i pulled up behind and we were still waiting for more than 5 mins yes i became impatient i said theres no way there busy , so i parked and got off walked inside, let me tell you , all the employees just looked at me about 9 of them were literally just standing around , playing around purposely not taking drive thru orders, i then asked if they were open , one if them sarcastically said something i then said this is a fast food place, this is your job , a truck and myself were waiting for minutes at drive thru . Poor management, the workers just want to be there to do nothing, rude. Sad part is they were not busy at all. They purposely were not taking orders thru drive thru. This place needs to be viewed, things needs to change.

Didn’t get to eat, stood at the counter for five minutes, trying to order and nobody would give me the time of day but yet they can walk around laughing joking just not take anybody’s order that’s standing in line. Absolutely ridiculous, horrible customer service.
