This Wendy's is clearly unable to make decent fast food. Several occasions I have tried to order somethings and each time the quality and preparation of the food is substandard. My latest purchase was for a Apple Pecan salad and Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. The salad had stale greens and old hard chicken. The sandwich had old dry bacon and old dried out hamburger. After contacting the District Manager, I was told to get my order re made in hopes that it would be better. Unfortunately the salad was even worst. Old blue cheese that tasted like it had been open in funky fridge. Greens were not correct type and something tasted bitter, which is unusual since its like a sweet tangy salad. Needless to say I will NEVER go back. The DM needs to visit and do an assessment. Im sure that their sales and customer surveys are low enough to be concerning.

I’m not going to make this a long rant because no one wants to listen to that, but this franchisee is a joke.Placed an online order, they were out of stock of items, received no food and was still charged.After hours on hold with corporate and then multiple promises of follow up I was forced to drive more than an hour to multiple locations in person to get the promised refund for the food I didn’t receive. They sure didn’t have any trouble charging my card remotely but couldn’t possibly issue a refund remotely and even worse sent me to two locations.Do betterThis is the other location I was sent to

Manager was completely rude today. Wendys is Running the dave single for $1 Daves dbl $2...its through the app but it doesnt tell you you can only order one. Even if theres a misunderstanding , being rude and obscene is unecessary.

At this point there is no way there is a manager at this location; if so why does the food take so long? I can go to McDonald’s right now or get it delivered and get my order on time but every time I come here I either wait until I’m about to pass out from hunger or end up getting my order canceled from Uber or door dash due to the long wait times. What takes 30 minutes for food in a drive through?
