I live in Cape and have never had a bad experience. But this Wingstop in Lehigh is awful. I ordered a 6pc boneless wing meal. It took 30 minutes. I asked for extra cook time on my fries. They were soggy. I got hot honey and garlic parm wings. They garlic parm were swimming in sauce. Both of these are supposed to be dry rub. There was one guy in the kitchen and the kid at the counter had terrible customer service skills. Mumbled the whole time.

Doesn't matter if the food is good or bad, they have chosen to refuse to serve tap water, which is bull. Screwing your customers for a little hint of extra profit, when did this become acceptable in America? We won't be back.
PS: They also don't appear to believe in NAPKINS, which goes some way towards explaining the filthy, sticky tables.

I understand this location is very busy but lately when we order fries are all over the bag and this last time I ordered 20 wings and only got 10! It's too expensive to be shorted like that .

It is the worst thing that Lehigh has, emphasizing the manager, she is very poorly educated, rude and a bad person. I have never seen anything like this. This place has very good workers but their manager is not qualified for that position.

First and last experience here. We moved from the Fort Lauderdale area where the Wingstop was awesome. This place sucked. We paid $50 for 30 wings and 2 large fries. There were no veggies provided, the fries were oily and soggy. Our mild and hot wings were paired together and there was no flavor difference at all. The bag was also sitting on the flat bottom and the cashier handed it to my daughter wrong and made all the sauce leak out all over the bag and the fries. Definitely will not be wasting money at this poor quality location again. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the wings were hot and fresh, Definitely Not Worth the Money.

First experience. Very slow service, over 25 minutes wait for an 8 piece boneless meal. Watched employee eating fries with her hands out of large mixing bowl that orders were being made out of. 10/10 do not recommend.

40+ min wait time when walking in . They prioritize the uber and doordash orders over the walk ins. Watched many orders go out and ours wasn't takin care of untill complaining 30+ mins waiting. Manager Ariel is terrible.

This restaurant is real proof that appearances can be deceiving, the place is incredibly always full and that's why I was encouraged to try the wings, but all I will say is that the pizza hut wings are 10 times better than the ones at this restaurant.

They have 10-12 ppl working here and no matter what location you go to the wait time is usually about 30-40 minutes. The food must be good here for ppl to wait like that Lol.

The lady who is here this morning is the worst person I have ever seen. She should take a customer service course. Always remember her with a smile, even if her life is falling apart. Or better yet, stay home. They even asked her for water and she refused to give it to a delivery driver. That's not done. The food I've gotten from here has been great but ordering online to pick up means nothing, you're still going to wait 20-45mintes past the window that it should be ready. To many people standing around checking their phone or talking to eachother. I hope I get to change my review eventually but I'm not sure I will be back anytime soon.
