App order confirmed at 3:58pm. Estimated 13-18 minutes for pickup. Arrived at 4:10pm to see order sitting on rack. Opened non-sealed bag. Fries were not hot or crisp. Respectfully request fresh hot fries. Manager Gabbie rudely came over and questioned order time/pick up time. I asked her if there was a problem.
Seems like the kitchen timing is off. Management needs to manage better. Fort Myers location is much more attentive. Hint: don’t put fries in bag until timing lines up.

We had issues with our order, but the GM Gabi made it right! She was super nice and accepted responsibility immediately, so we will definitely be back! People mess up, it happens, so it's all about how they handle their mistakes and they did fantastic. All the employees were very nice (and we all know once you point out a mistake sometimes employees can get a big attitude and these ones did not). The wing sauces were delicious and the ranch was on point! Would recommend and we will for sure be back whenever we are craving wings!

The wings were good & fully cooked; the Hawaiian sauce not so much. It tasted weird. Not bad, just not my favorite. The service was good. The cashier was nice.

Someone had to say it: POSSIBLY THE CLEANEST WINGSTOP LOCATION IN THE NATION holly smokes. Food is an statement yes however the staff is on point, at it! Thanks guys keep up with the good energy!

I drove 40 mins to order. No one answered the phone when I wanted to place my order. Then after that I got my order and when I got home no type of sauce that they charged me for so I paid extra for all the sauce and it nowhere to found in my bag.

This wing stop took our order online. 100 wings were ordered and delivery was paid. At 11:30 when our delivery was supposed to be completed was “supposedly” a third party delivery and not their problem. We showed up to pick up the order and they wouldn’t give us the order until we paid an additional fee of $160 in order for us to actually take the food and had the order ready. We talked to so many people and made us go in circles. At the end of the day we won’t know if we’ll even get our money back. Everyone was super rude and dismissive. Never going back again

Food is decent. The restaurant itself is kind of a mess. Orders take a long time, they have tons of pick up services coming in and out. They have messed up our food a few times. I would recommend pick up because delivery has been a long wait. Staff is friendly and hard working. They are also quick to fix any mistakes. They would benefit from some extra staff to help with their large amount of delivery orders

Ordered online and prepaid, said order was to be ready in 15-20 minutes.
Arrived at location 20 minutes. Order was not ready, place had very few people, mostly empty. Order not ready, not even started. The excuse was the food and health inspector was there. Why should that interfere with their normal process of preparing the food?, unless there's was an issue, it should be business as usual. It should only interfere with the manager on duty. Cashier was whispering the excuse to me. Total fail. The 30 wings were meh, the best part of the meal was the fries, which there was not enough.
Won't be ordering again there.
