Absolutely the best chicken fingers I've ever had. I love their food! If you're never been to a Zaxby's make sure to put them on your bucket list. So good!

I liked the cozy ambiance.
Love this location! The Zaxby's chicken is delicious, especially the new lemon pepper dry rub on the traditional wings! The flavor is spectacular! I usually eat french fries, too, but I also like their cole slaw. The staff there is always friendly & helpful - even when you want something done a little differently (my Mom loves their grilled chicken, but likes it with just lettuce & tomato on a plate).

Just went to the zabys in lehigh acres my fries cold and under cooked i went back to get new fries manager threw the new fries at me order was wrong no utensils no napkins.Only professional staff at that location was the young man at the drive thru window
Worst service ever. I pulled up to the drive thru clearly before the other side, started my order only to be cut off and they start taking the other side's order. Mean while completely quiet as ever. Its ok for 1 item or so, but she was ordering a feast. Like do you guys what service is or first come, first serve?

I had an exquisite time! The food was amazing, I would recommend the Zaxby’s Signature Sandwich. I would also recommend (in case you have a sweetheart tooth) the Fried Cheesecake Bites. Overall, the atmosphere felt really homey and comforting (at the time I was going through some rough patches), I felt at home. Would definitely recommend!
