The manager MARIA is very very rude she came up to me and snatched my receipt from my hands because my daughter used her employee discount to purchase her food, she refused to give me my receipt back, her manager skills are very unethical and unprofessional

Evry time I come here they mess up the order. I am always missing something. Then I have to wait 30 mins in the drive to get the part of my order I did not get. The hours on the door said that the lobby closes at 9pm and the door was locked at 7:30. This place has terrible service.

The employees were extremely rude and did not do their job right whatsoever. My food was cold, and the food made me extremely sick guessing that the food has been fried with old oil and just overall was not worth the money that I paid.

This Zaxby’s that went to was trash.We order take-out and we got boneless wings for 20-30 dollars.The price is unexplainable for 5 boneless wings.

It was expensive and just not a place I would go to again. In my opinion the seasoning was not good. That being said, the staff was wonderful and the new building is nice.

I have visited Zaxby's several times since they have opened the cashier listed on the receipt named.La'Taisa was very professional polite very courteous. Also whoever the employee named ty was very polite to me. Sanitize the area gathering the trays taking out the trash what great customer service skills. Also my food was nice and fresh I will be returning.
