Love Arby's. I wish one was closer to where we live. This store is nice, clean. The roast beef sandwich is like candy! š¬ Tried the new steak bites. They tasted more like bites of a good roast. But I like roast. So I liked them.

I'm visiting from out of state and stopped in for lunch today. What a great experience! They were busy but all the associates worked like a team taking the orders and filling them. The food was extra good along with being hot and fresh. Dining area was clean with a nice atmosphere.

They treated me too badly for the simple fact that I was gay, and at no time was I rude, even so I heard the attendant cursing me in a pejorative way in his language to his colleagues.

Door dashing and stopped in to pick up order. I donāt know whatās happened to customer service these days. Black lady, with braids possibly, could have been a manager, between the hours of 7pm-8pm and had on pink ā the worst attitude of all time. Slammed my order down and I was the nicest I could possibly be to her. Just be kind. At LEAST say have a nice day. She was very rude. If I was her manager, Iād be pissed.

Stopped here after leaving the hardrock to get my son a bite to eat. He wanted to try the new milkshake, but they pulled a mickey dees on us and told us no shakes available. The curly fries were not even half full on the 2 large orders. The containers were filled with the crispy leftover pieces and 1 curly on the top. Could have gotten a decent burger for the same price at hard rock but decided to go with the faster option for a big disappointment. Never again.
