If I could give 0 stars I would. Employees were more concerned with their cell phones then anything. When I picked up my food it was a cold burger with a piece of cheese slapped on top. Had to grill it properly when I got home. The milkshake was okay. Only thing edible was the French fries. Don't waste your money here.

I usually expect undercooked fries but staff was seemingly distracted by my fiance and cooked the potato literally out of the fries. Never had hollow potatoes skins

I went here to get my usual the swag burger on a gluten free bun. It's the mot gluten free option BurgerFi has. I also purchased the waygu hotdog. I get the New York style with mustard and sauerkraut. They also have chicken tenders which I have ordered from time to time. Overall good. Th burger I wel made.

5guys is better. I gave yall a chance and you blew it. Burger was soggy. Onion rings fell apart and greasy. Not worth the price.5guys is better. Maybe you should retrain your cooks.Bet I can cook a better burger and fried onion rings better than your owners

I don't leave many reviews but our experience at this location was terrible. The girl at the register got our order wrong, never apologized, and there were many small flies "knats" flying around making it impossible to eat your food. We will not return.

Everytime I come here this lady is extremely rude. Constantly Rolling her eyes, Huffing & puffing, & irritated by anyone who walks in there to order food. She serves more attitude than burgers! Jeezuz

Honest review.. The meat was so dry and bland im not sure if it was the cook but I make a better burger at home from a frozen patty.. the lady that took my order was very sweet tho. Did not care for the burger at all

Food was excellent...but $20 for a burger and literally 5 onion rings.. Granted, onion rings were def on my list of favorite ever, but for a large order to contain 5 rings for $6..didn't sit well mentally. Double burger included zero toppings or dressings..was I suppose to ask for them? Idk..it wasn't clear. Bacon was exceptional and delicious..thick and crisp. Bun was on point also. I'll educate myself on options and prices before going back..but I def will go back.
I went today for the first time; I really like the food.About the flan, I have to say that eventhough looks great, I didn't like it ' cos is not made from scratch like I was expecting; no way that the taste is the same when you use powder formula to made flan.But I have to say that the tamal is one of the best in Miami area.

Dont waste your money!! Tasteless burger & paties are so small you cant even see it under the oversized bread. Cheep 1 mini slice of tomato & 1 small peace of salade! Been there done that never again!

I am a customer of the restaurant that is on Pompano Blvd. I go at least every 15 days. Today I wanted to try another one at Lightthouse Point. My experience was not good, the food was not good and the Shake (Oreo) tasted like only vanilla and from half the glass. When I asked the worker, she told me that they didn't have any more and that the cookies were enough. Terrible attention and quality!
