Elysium Immersive Dining was truly unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is sexy, elegant, and filled with incredible aromas. The evening begins in a chic lounge with a glass of champagne and appetizer. I had non-alcoholic prosecco before you’re guided into the immersive dining room, where the real journey unfolds. Each course transports you to a different country, enhanced by sights, sounds, and scents that make you feel as though you’ve traveled the world without ever leaving your seat. Our journey started in Portugal with tender, charred octopus, followed by Spain with a comforting, flavorful paella. In France we enjoyed Coq au Vin fall off-the-bone chicken infused with thyme and lit tableside, filling the room with a mesmerizing aroma. Greece brought perfectly seasoned lamb chops, ignited with rosemary for an intoxicating herbal fragrance. And Italy delivered the best gorgonzola pear pasta I’ve ever had rich with truffle oil, toasted nuts, cheese and pears striking the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The night ended with a stunning dessert that was as memorable as the courses before it. The dishes are paired with wines, but since I don’t drink alcohol, I enjoyed their thoughtful non-alcoholic options. They went above and beyond by creating custom espresso martinis at the end for us served with a little fire show, topped with roasted marshmallow and a cookie crumble rim. The service was outstanding, with the staff and the owner, Tommy, making us feel like royalty. Even the bathrooms were beautifully designed I couldn’t resist taking a video in there! This isn’t just dinner, it’s a luxurious, sensory experience that blends world class food, immersive atmosphere, and captivating storytelling into an unforgettable night.

We went to Elysium for their grand opening, and it truly felt like more than just dinner—it was an experience. From the moment we stepped in, the energy was high. The music was lively, the lighting dramatic, and we were surrounded by massive panoramic screens with beautiful scenery that matched each course. It felt exciting and immersive, like being transported through Europe without leaving our seats.

That night’s theme was a European tour—Portugal, Spain, Paris, Italy, and Greece—served in a “world tapas” format. Each dish had its own identity and flavor, which kept the experience fresh and surprising. Our favorite was definitely the Italy-inspired course—so flavorful! And the wine pairings were spot-on with each dish.

One detail we really loved: some of the dishes were gently heated tableside—not just for show, but to bring out the aromas, like rosemary. It was subtle but added to the overall experience in such a cool way.

The servers were amazing—friendly, patient, and clearly proud to be part of the show. They took their time explaining each course and made the whole night feel smooth and relaxed.

And dessert? The tiramisu was unforgettable.

For the full experience, we definitely recommend making a reservation. It’s a curated event with set seatings, so booking ahead makes a difference.

It’s not your typical dinner out—it’s definitely something different, and we’re glad we tried it. We’d go back just to experience another theme.

Elysium Immerse Dining truly lives up to its name — “Elysium,” meaning a place or condition of ideal happiness — and from start to finish, that’s exactly how this experience felt.

The food was absolutely mind-blowing. Every dish was a standout — from the vibrant, fresh ceviche, to the tender and flavorful lamb, to the rich, buttery lobster — each bite was a journey on its own. The flavors were layered, intentional, and downright unforgettable.

And the Elysium Rita? Wow. Spicy, bold, and perfectly balanced, this cocktail added just the right amount of heat and excitement to the evening. A must-try!

While I didn’t get to participate in the full immersive experience this time — where guests are transported through storytelling, visuals, and themed settings that align with each dish — I’ve heard it’s next-level, allowing you to taste food while feeling like you’ve been dropped into another part of the world. I absolutely plan to return for that!

If you’re a foodie looking for something elevated, creative, and unforgettable, Elysium is it. More than a meal — it’s a destination. Highly recommend.

It was such an amazing experience, we tried different types of food and they were delicious, also the glass was always full😜. The whole idea was amazing, and I would definitely recommend this and try it again. Tommy was an amazing host the whole time.

Even dessert there was absolutely mouthwatering. One arrived literally glowing — a brilliant, playful, Instagram-worthy showstopper. It had everyone at the table falling silent after the first bite. It’s that good.
