They were amazing I made a mobile order tonight and wanted fries and I forgot i swapped a meal out for snack wraps and a double cheese burger and i tried to say i had a drink and i even handed the reciepts to her 🤦♀️and the lady was so nice about informing me i didnt order a drink. Im still so sorry about the mix up. Yall are so phenomenal

My phone accidently placed an order for pick up inside. I had a child in the car so I asked if I could just go through the drive thru and she said no I have to go in she argued with me for 5 minutes and said they are backed up in the drive thru there was no one even in the drive thur. Why would you argue with a customer? I come here all the time but never again!!

Terrible Service and Management – Avoid This Location This McDonald’s has been consistently disappointing every time I’ve visited. The service is incredibly slow — I’ve sat at the drive-through speaker for nearly 10 minutes on multiple occasions with no response. When you finally get to the window, the managers and staff often act rude or uninterested, and I’ve even been given dirty looks for simply asking about my order. It’s clear that management at this location is unreliable and doesn’t prioritize customer service. Orders are often wrong, and the overall atmosphere feels careless and unwelcoming. There are plenty of other McDonald’s nearby that actually value their customers — I’d recommend skipping this one entirely. It’s honestly one of the worst-run McDonald’s locations I’ve ever been tO

Usually I mcFrikken Love McDonalds, specially this one! But man, they brought “snack wraps back” idk if yall remember working with me, BUT YALL KNOW I LOVED THE OLD SNACK WRAPS 😭 WHAT DID YALL DO TO MY BABYS?! This isnt the iceburg lettuce, american cheese, crispy fake tasting chicken, packed to the brim. This is real cheese real lettuce, real chicken. Skimping on me. One was chicken nuggets (highly preffered) one was half a chicken tender (the real tasting one) idek… WHY YALL 😭 skimping skimping. Petition to fix the brought back snack wraps plz. I want my crispy crispy back!
