⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My New Obsession!

I am officially a loyal regular because this café has me in a chokehold. I’ve gone four times in a row — FOUR — and honestly? No regrets at all.

The star of my heart? The Strawberry Matcha Latte. That creamy cold foam on top? Uggghhhh, SO GOOD. It gives real NYC café energy — the kind of drink you hold and suddenly feel like you’re back in the city, doing your cute morning routine.

And the Florida Burrito? Whew. It’s a little spicy, super wholesome, and somehow even BETTER when paired with the strawberry matcha latte. It’s that spicy-and-sweet combo I didn’t know I needed. Plus, the two together kept me full for half the day. That’s a winner to me!

The staff was super chill and really nice, too. They noticed I’m Deaf and ordering was smooth — no awkwardness, no issues, just kindness. That alone makes me want to come back even more.

The vibe inside is clean, cozy, and honestly reminds me so much of New York that it makes Florida feel a little less… Florida. 😂

If you see me in there again tomorrow, mind your business. I’m a new favorite guest now, and I’m not slowing down.

first and last time here ! if that was the intention with the bad drinks and food then here we are. Service good the drinks were horrific and pumpkin bagel bomb omg ! I chugged the drink in a rush to end it hopefully i won’t be sick and the expresso kicks in because that would be all the experience was worth.

I’ve been to the seed a few times at various locations, some experiences great and others not so much. I had the absolute best experience at this location. I was helped by Jena, who was so kind and welcoming and helpful! She made my experience so much more enjoyable and helped me figure out what I like and don’t like for my future orders. Jena is the best!!!!

our friend “jack” took us to this place was so cute!! Maddie was so sweet and helpful. i came in with a lot of people and she took time to help us all decide what we wanted. the food was incredible and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. i will absolutely be coming back and will be introducing more people here. Obsessed with their coffee. Was traveling to lighthouse point and then they opened one in FLL. Everyone is so nice and the place looks amazing.
