I lived in Italy for two years and I would say Beve Cibo is pretty darn authenticate. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The decor is a little off beat, but it's bright and cheery.
Great place, great food, great environment. Separate cozy bar away from the restaurant. Outside area with cool lighting. Very refreshing for lithia area dining. Everything is made fresh!
I stopped in with my girlfriend for a cocktail and loved the local Italian Cafe feel. The staff are friendly. The daily specials are some unique dishes available to those who know where to go. You'll be glad you took the time.
