a chef that can cook steaks
management does not schedule enough staff especially in the kitchen last Fri night was packed which is good bot people were leaving because it took 45 min to get an appetizer. my steak came out to rare so I sent it back...it took 15 min to bring back...it was still raw and my other food was cold. I took it home but threw the filet away. I have gone to this Outback since it opened and it has never been this bad. it is not the servers. they are pretty much awesome but our bartender...read full review
