I had the most wonderful experience at Subway today, all thanks to a lovely night shift employee. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. She patiently listened to my complicated order and made my sandwich with such care and precision – it was a work of art! Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly brightened my day. It's rare to find such exceptional customer service these days. I'll definitely be back, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!!
Bread is ALWAYS stale. I’ve tried and tried before writing this review but the bread is always stale.

Worse service by the guy working night shift on Feb 4th. Order online and got there 20 min after and order wasn’t even started and the place was empty. He was in the back (with his buddies). Terrible service when he is there. Other employees are fine.

Went in to get lunch for the family. My daughter loved the chicken Mexicali sandwich but unfortunately they no longer have that on the menu. However, a super-helpful lady who was working on Aug 31st told me that she still had all the ingredients but would have to ring it up as a. Chicken rotisserie sandwich. So, happy kid and nice lunch and a loyal customer gained.

walked into subway at 9:48 and guy said he wasn’t taking any more orders and closing. they don’t close until 10pm so he had another 12 minutes. Not good customer service!

REVIEW ON NICK: Do not do an online order. If you're not there to baby sit them while they make your food, then dont be surprised if your bacon is burnt to the point its unedible. This was my case. Not to mention, my Mom's bread was stale and not heated up like we wanted and paid for it to be. Everyone makes mistakes, I understand that. However, when I confronted Nick, the only one working there at the time, he gave an attitude and displayed very agressive behavior. When I told him my Mom's bread was stale, he put a tray of bread in front of me and told me to touch it to prove it wasnt stale. I went in with a very calm attitude despite eating bacon that had to have been in the microwave for 10 minutes. He denied to remake my sandwich and also denied a refund. I will never go back to this store.
To think that Nick took this bacon out of the microwave, saw that it was burnt, and still put it on my sandwich is CRAZY. He does not need to be working with food.

Female Employee was very rude to the hispanic group that was in front of me, there was three of them, and the order came out to $37 they tried to pay with a 50, and the female told them no she wont accept $50's. Then shook her head and did the "really" hand movements as if they did something wrong when they said they only have $50's. Made me very uncomfy

The girl with Afro/curly hair who reminded me of the 70s lol, she made my sub perfectly and it had just the Perfect amount of each sauce I have absolutely no complaints from her, I’ve seen her a year or two ago and still perfect sandwich making skills, and great communication she was just so sweet I think her name started with the letter D?

It's not bad for a quick sub to take home. Subway as a brand has drastically improved over the past few months. If you have not already, give one of their sliced deli sandwiches. I found it was much improved over their older sandwiches.
Shout out to Delilah for EXCELLENT service not just tonight, but EVERY TIME my daughter and I come in! She remembers what we want every time and she is AMAZING with customer service. Love love love her!! Always a pleasure and a joy to have our sandwiches made by her!

This is the worst subway I have been to this far. I asked for wheat bread and got a stale white bread. It was inedible and literally threw it in the trash.
