I loved absolutely everything about this breakfast brunch spot. It was very cute vintage homey cozy setting. Felt like stepping into a mad hatter dining setting from Alice in the wonderland. And after having your choice of meal, Italian/French/or American you can take a stroll for some fresh baking in the same location or their store that has the most adorable quirky things and homemade soap and teas or home needs. Endless amount of things to see.

While visiting my brother in Riverview, he took me out to eat at this cute restaurant / store and I was very impressed. Reminded me of the inside of a Cracker Barrel, but without the country atmosphere. Barbara, whom we lovingly called her, Mrs. Klaus, was amazing and super sweet and cordial. From the moment she sat us down, we knew that we were going to have a great time. And Barbara wasn’t even our server, but she made sure we felt right at home and at home we felt. The server was also super sweet (sorry I forgot her name), and attentive. And although the breakfast, we had, was your typical breakfast served at other restaurants, it was the atmosphere and the excellent customer service that made the difference. Now, keep in mind that we are not fancy and we like our 2 sunny side up eggs with sausage, bacon and ham, bread, grits and coffee. They also serve wine at any time, so if you like your wine with your breakfast, then this is the place to go.😎I loved this place and whenever I’m around the area, I will revisit, but this time with my beautiful wife, who was out of town on family business.

We came here on date night with friends and everything was phenomenal! The shrimp and scallop linguine was so delicious and cooked perfectly. My husband had the burger and fries and it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever tasted. Their drink menu was so unique and the Honey Lavender cocktail was SO GOOD! The home decor section is really fun to browse after dinner. I’ve been recommending this place to friends ever since and can’t wait to go back!

The White Oak Cottage - Bistro & Boutique in Lithia, FL, is far more than just a restaurant; it's a truly enchanting experience. We visited recently and were completely captivated by the entire setup—from the food to the atmosphere to the connected boutique.
Walking in during the holidays felt like stepping straight into a movie. The Christmas decor was absolutely amazing, transforming the space into a genuine winter wonderland. It makes you feel instantly warm and festive, like you're having a cozy meal at a favorite family member's house, not a commercial bistro.
The food matched the ambiance perfectly. Their breakfast options are great and wonderfully comforting. We specifically tried the French toast, and it was outstanding—perfectly cooked, rich, and flavorful. Even simple sides were executed flawlessly; the fries were perfectly crispy, showing attention to detail across the menu.
The staff added to the welcoming environment; the service was incredibly friendly, ensuring we felt taken care of throughout our meal.
Before leaving, you absolutely have to stop at the front counter. The display of amazing, fresh-made desserts is impressive and irresistible. And speaking of impressive, the connected boutique store is full of charming items, making the entire cottage a wonderful destination for both a meal and some gift shopping.
The White Oak Cottage is a gem in Lithia—a perfect spot for great food and a beautiful, cozy escape. Highly, highly recommend!

A hidden treasure. Filled with beautiful furniture and decor that can be purchased and a bistro that serves delicious food with great service, thank you Jack! And also great music by a talented musician that made the mood that much nicer. Will definitely be returning soon.
