Beef 'O' Brady's - Best Restaurant in Live Oak

If I could give the service zero stars I would! We sat at our table for 20 mins before being greeted and getting our drink order. When the server stopped by we went ahead and ordered our drinks, an appetizer and our food. Our appetizer came out before our drinks. The server never stopped by and asked if we needed anything. She stopped only to pick up the dirty appetizer plate. She never asked how the food was. On top of that I ordered the Asian Steak bowl and got a regular Steak bowl instead. I wasn’t going to return the dish because it would have taken forever to get the correct order. I don’t know if it was our server’s first day on the job but she wasn’t personable and attentive to our table.

Disgusting place and food, I had never eaten white beef before. And then I had a taste like chlorine in my mouth and stomach, like poison, I was sick for two days. Horrible place.👎

My husband and I come to this location ONLY because of Ivonne and her staff! They are so attentive, professional, and respectful. We sit ant the bar to see Ivonne. I always order the Shrimp and rice bowl…it so yummy. Hubby tries something new each time and is always pleased! Thank you Ivonne!

The bartender was just filling in, but she was very nice. However, I did not like the state that I had on my salad. I could not chew it and she said nobody ever complained, however.
I wanted to complain but she was too nice

We’re traveling and stopped in for lunch. Love the environment. Beef O’Brady’s has great character. Ivonne was our server. She’s amazing. We had a burger and a chicken sandwich. She got our order perfect! The food was delicious!! Thx Ivonne for a great experience. If we ever pass by again, we’ll try to stop in for a bite.

Husband's food was cold. I chose my meal because I wanted the romaine lettuce in my salad: it arrived with only iceberg and was very very small.

Ordered the 10oz rebeye steak that actually looked decent on the menu. I ordered it medium rare, and when I got it, it may have been 1/4" thick in it's thickest part, was over cooked, no flavor at all. Possibly the worst steak I have ever had. Out great server attempted to make it correct but the manager would not even attempt to come to make it right, or even discount it. This was a $22 steak on the menu and have got &6 sirloins that were a better cut than this. I understand this isn't Texas roadhouse, but management could have helped make it somewhat better! We are frequent customers but eat out last meal there! Who ever the manager is needs a lesson on customer service!

Parking: More then enough parking. Winn Dixie, Papa John's, liquor store, and 5 others share a huge parking area. Valrico, Florida.

Please tell me why? Taco night on Tuesday. Been 4 times. Love the fish taco!!! For 3 times it was great with 2 large pieces of fish in each taco. 4th time...they cut 1 piece of fish in half in each taco. I ask why so small. The waitress said she remembered us talking about how great the size was the last time I was there. She talked to the cook, came back to tell me: taco Tuesday is a special and that's the way it made! So why did I get better before? So disappointed 😞
