Used to be 1 of my favorite’s but now me and the husband agree, the food is a hit or miss anymore unfortunately. Prices are on the high side..and the service is usually bad as well😢Come on Burger King.!.!Get it together!! We need our whoppers!

I don't understand how this restaurant can have so many people working and have one lady doing all the work while everyone else stood around and talked about her. They had her empty trash in the lobby and take orders while everyone else done nothing. The one thing she did was ti keep her compassion for her work thank you Robin you are amazing.

This is one of the best Burger Kings I've been too! They were very busy, but maintained a very fast and constant speed. Lines moved fast and you didn't have to wait forever to get your food. Everything was hot and fresh. If all Burger Kings were like this, it would be a much better franchise.

I ordered a Whopper Meal (with mustard, pickle, ketchup only on the burger). My husband ordered a burger and fry (advertised as a Duo- Any 2 for $5). My Whopper was not the way I ordered it and I was charged incorrectly for the Duo (instead of $5 I was charged $6.18). The whooper was cold. Disappointing.

Staff were efficient and food was served very quickly but somehow was cold when we got it. Fries were soggy but the portions were huge (both fry boxes were full and so was the bottom of the bag). They do have a freestyle soda machine, which is a plus. We ordered for there but it came in a bag. We asked for ketchup and were told we could only have 2 packs per large fry.

This used to be a good restaurant lately it is terrible got home short two orders of chicken nuggets last week tonight burnt cookies no sweet tea no way to give a refund for the order because it was ordered on the app hamburgers made wrong this is night shift is the only time I have a problem daytime is great night time it sure needs to get better help or maybe switch up some day shift to night time to make the quality better because this is horrible I won't be eating there at night anymore would not recommend this place to anyone
If I could give 0 stars I would.... Everything was wrong and cold. Will not be returning.

I see this Burger King every time I visit or leave from home. It's right in the middle of the Busy Bee that I always get has from and stop to use their super clean potties.
Ambiance is standard. Service is standard to a little below average. And the food is pretty standard, too. Overall, this is a four star Burger King. I don't have much to say about it other than if you come to it, you will probably not regret it.
I know I'll be coming back many more times before the end of all things.
My experience was very good here, the employee who made my experience the best was named Tonya! She was very kind and helpful and informed me that there was a military discount. Would highly suggest stopping by if you are a veteran or active duty

We had an amazing experience at the Burger King inside the Busy Bee at Live Oak! Our cashier, Victoria, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She greeted our baby with such sweetness, which made our visit even more special. The service was fast, and the food came out hot and fresh—honestly, the best Burger King meal we’ve had in years! We really appreciated the excellent customer service and how clean and inviting the place felt. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re at the busy bee
