I am obsessed! This DQ is super clean very pleasant and the burgers were great. The blizzard was perfect and they have a train running around the ceiling! Tvs and music but not so loud that you can't hear your conversation. Great vibes.

DQ is a frequent stop for me since I work closely. The customer service is always fantastic but there is one employee that makes my day every time I go and that is Petra! She remembers my orders and always makes sure I have everything I need. She greets me with a smile every time I go inside or pull up in the drive through and is always just so respectful. All of the crew there are great! They make you feel like family ❤️

Pulled up to the intercom to order and all I heard was profuse laughter in the background. As you can imagine I had to repeat my order 3 times. This issue of repeating orders seems to be a chronicial disease in the Fast Food industry now a days.

I drove 40 minutes to eat here. Made my drive through order. I clarified the order 3 times, 2 double flame throwers and 3 double double cheese bacon cheeseburgers with fries and when I got the food and drove 40 minutes back home to feed the family, the order was totally wrong and even missing a sandwich. I received 4 flamethrowers and fries. I called and spoke with the manager and she invited us to come back a different day for it to be replaced. I was too angry to drive another 80 minutes to replace the food tonight. By the way one of the sandwiches had a long hair in it. I called the manager back and advised that the long haired cook or whom ever put the sandwiches in the box should be wearing a hair net as that is totally unacceptable and disgusting!!!
FOLLOW-UP: Tried again 12/23/24 to order the same meal at 3:38 pm. I was told No!! I said, “ WELL, NO SALE TODAY!” I walked out!! These businesses are SO POORLY MANAGED that they are LOSING MONEY!! Plus, it was the Christmas Season, and they could have, if they wanted to be kind!!!! At 5:00 pm went to drive-up to order 3 piece chicken tender meal deal for $8.00. My Mom & I have frequented this place for years, and we always get the same meal. Being back in town with my BF, I wanted to get my BF a meal to try. We had been at Lowe’s all afternoon trying to purchase something and parts. Tired and hangry I asked whoever was working the drive thru that I wanted two of those meals. She said that I could get the kids meal or the tender meal. The offer was only valid 11:00-3:00 pm. She had no compassion or empathy!! I told her well she lost a sale!! No customer service!! I will not come back again, and I will discourage my Mom not to return!! Awful is awful!! If they would like me to teach a class on customer service, I would gladly teach them a thing or two with my 40 years plus of experience. ZERO IS ZERO!! AVOID!! Please note I only comment on really BAD experiences or absolutely SUPERIOR experiences!! I also better not get the auto reply to please try us again!! Not going to happen unless they bring something free to the table!! THEY WERE WRONG!! “When the customer comes first, the customer will last”. “For every one customer you lose, you have to bring in twenty five new ones”. “Loyalty counts”.
