Placed order over the phone for 2 buckshots belly busters! The fellow taking the order was kind and the food was ready by the time I got there. I was feeling a bit of a sweet tooth and got one of the peanut butter cookies. I can't describe what it was but when you taste it you know it's not your average sweet treat! Overall I've visited here on multiple occasions and have been very happy with this establishment. In town for storm work or snow bird running from the cold? Get a buckshots belly buster it'll warm you right up!

We have gone twice so far and will DEFINITELY make the hour drive for this wonderful food again.
The service was very friendly. The servers were quite attentive. The food arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend this delightful restaurant anytime.
I had the fried green tomato BLT, which was the best. My husband had the chicken fried steak, which he said was great.

Our group was returning home from the Stephen Foster Cultural Center, where we had been camping. We stopped at the Dixie Grill, fortunately ahead of the Sunday lunch crowd. Our server was Porsha, and she was fantastic. She was engaging, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The food was delicious, and suggested additional items, all of which were rapidly devoured.
If you have the opportunity, stop at the Dixie Grill. Go early! As we left the restaurant, it looked like most of the county had lined up to get in. Judging from their conversations, they already knew what they were in store for.
If we are in that area again, the Dixie Grill will be a definite stop!
First time here, as we are camping close by. Amazing atmosphere, very friendly and refreshing service. And the food, very much was worth every penny. Loved the ice lattes, too. Will definitely be a stop any time we are back in Live Oak.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly
Fast friendly service and more food than you can eat at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be returning here!

Clean your windows and find a way to kill the flies. Something has changed, maybe new owners. The owners used to be around all the time and all the regular customers seem to be gone.
