Quiet little place with decent selection of food items. Some southern cooking and some Chinese selections a salad and dessert selection also. Food had been on the steam tables for a while when we stopped by, to late for lunch but to early for dinner.

The staff is fine. The problem is the atmosphere and food. It's unfortunate that this is the only buffet in town and they havent taken the initiative to make it better quality. First of all you enter and it looks like a morgue. There is nothing aesthetically pleasing about the restaurant. The buffet is right there as you enter to the left. Again the set up is odd and doesnt provide a nice ambiance for a meal. The food selection is not terrible as far as variety but the quality is below acceptable. This place is always packed because again it's one of the few places to eat in town but the owners should take pride in that and make much needed improvements. $40 for two adults with two fountain drinks. Also seems pricey for the low quality experience. I'll stick to driving to Lake City, the buffet there is 100 times better.

Visited this restaurant after a hike was skeptical because it says country chinese food. When go inside they have a huge variety of country and Chinese food and all was good. The reaturant was clean, not loud and the staff are very friendly. The price was reasonable as well, definitely come back here. You will not leave hungry.

Picture it: I-10, 2025.
Headed back to South Florida from Tallahassee. Tank half full, stomach half empty. I didn’t need gas, but I thought, “If I stop now, I won’t have to stop again.”

I saw a Zaxby’s sign. Safe. Predictable. A chicken finger I knew. But something in my soul said not today.

Then I saw it. A beacon through the storm, calling out directly to this weary traveler.
“Fusion Buffet – Chinese and Country.”

Thunder cracked. Rain pelted the windshield. I slowed the truck. Was this destiny… or a mistake that would end in regret?

I pulled into the lot. The rain came harder as I walked toward the entrance like a detective about to crack one final case even though they weren't sure what they were getting into.

Inside, a friendly host asked, “Just one?”
I nodded. There was no turning back.

First plate: Country. Mac & cheese, rice & gravy, fried okra, Salisbury steak. One bite in and I knew — this wasn’t just food, it was vindication. My gamble had paid off.

Second plate: Chinese. General Tso’s chicken, lo mein, mushrooms in soy sauce. The noodles were noodles. The mushrooms? Transcendent. For a moment, I considered packing a plate to go - but how to keep them from spoiling? I still had 5 hours to go, I didn't need that kind of stress.

Before I could commit, my Coke was refilled — despite my first glass still being half full. This was not service. This was prophecy.

Third plate: the unholy alliance — fried okra beside egg rolls, mac & cheese shoulder-to-shoulder with General Tso’s. It should not have worked, and yet it did.

I stopped there, though part of me knew the dessert bar was calling. I paid just a few bucks more than a Zaxby’s combo, but walked away with so much more.

As I pulled out, the rain eased. In the rearview, the sign grew smaller.

I whispered, “This isn’t goodbye, Fusion Buffet. Just see you later.”

This is a mediocre Chinese restaurant at best. The food is very basic some of the items there I would not even eat due to improper cooking the service was good The atmosphere was okay but I was not impressed at all with the food and I do not recommend eating there.

I ate here 2 days in a row. Why? The food is good.
If you're picky or don't like a buffet, then this might not be a place for you.

The concept of country food Asian is great if you can cook both. I feel they have it down. I had a wide variety of food from collard greens to wonton soup. I've had better soup, and I've had worse, but overall, it was good.
I turned my nose up at the mac & cheese at first, and then went back to the bar and got some...it was delicious!! It didn't have the normal baked golden brown look,I was hoping for, but the flavor, texture, and creamy cheese blend was excellent. I'm driving through for work, so I had to stay over.
My 4 stars for the atmosphere is b/c they can update the restaurant inside and out to make it a bit more appealing.

The staff is nice, clean and really work together as a team here.

I'll definitely come back through.

Great selection of different dishes. Asian and Country. Staff is pleasant. Restaurant is clean but could use a remodel. Reasonably priced. One of my favs in the area.

It used to be good. Now it's $38 for 2 buffets. Sweet n Sour chicken was cold. It was like they dumped good stuff on cold chicken. The fried rice was greasy. The fried Donuts were hard and old. Last year it was fantastic, it definitely took a turn.
