Went to huddle house today for the first time. We did an online order for pickup. And let me tell you - horrible, horrible service and we will never be back.
First of all nobody said anything until we stood there for 10 minutes at the ‘pick up desk’ and The order was supposed to be ready by 10.30 , by 10:40 we were told It’s almost ready … finally after waiting THIRTY MINUTES the order was ready. There was a ‘manager’ there , a guy with a hat who was in the kitchen talking to staff and telling them how he travels store to store and this is the most (and I quote) “disorganized store I’ve ever traveled to” and boy is he right .. however he wasn’t helping the situation. He answered 2 phone calls on his phone talking about watching a tv show and how he’s sad he missed episodes …chatting it up on the phone as we WAIT AND WAIT and tables waiting too also getting frustrated. A lady came up to pay and even said to me “you’re still waiting???”
One server lady apologized , she was nice but nobody offered anything. By the time we got the food to eat the cheese steak sandwich was completely soggy bread from sitting under the heat lamps. And the piece of pie we paid for was a joke , it looked like a little kid cut it. A sliver of pie that was mushed from sitting there waiting.
Complete disaster of a place which is sad because we love eating local but I guarantee we will never be back. And again the best part was NOBODY including the “traveling manager” offered one thing. Not even a drink while we waited patiently. And we spent almost $50!!!!!
Lastly, no hairnets or gloves with the kitchen workers especially the manager cracking raw eggs and then using bare hands to prep other food. Gross man.
Avoid this place at all costs, and thank me later. That’s if it even stays in business.

Service is very slow Waitresses disappear. Food sits under heat lamp for 5 minutes waiting for someone to get to the table. Can't even get toast with my eggs. Been there three times and slow service hasn't changed. There might of been 10 customers in there. Get some decent help. So if you want a free breakfast because their service sucks go for it.

Had an amazing breakfast at Huddle House!!! Ordered the bacon, sausage stuffed hash brown bowl, covered in the best tasting peppery saw mill gravy!! The staff were very friendly and attentive….my cup of coffee was refilled without ever asking!!! Great food served fast by a friendly staff!! Get ya sum whenever you’re in Live Oaks, you won’t regret it

Was on a road trip and stopped in live oak to put gas and found this little spot. Ordered for takeout and the young lady in the front was very nice and helpful. We had 2 burgers and wings and everything was delicious. Highly recommend it

Placed an order thru Door dash to deliver to work was missing a big part of the meal. I called to get my remaining items and was told I could come get it if I did delivery I obviously can't come get it. Acted like no big deal
